Why they chose this property
Wonderful neighborhood with mostly young families and some retired folks too. We have never lived in such a friendly and welcoming community. We all know each other and watch out for each other.
What makes this property unique
Views, easy access to the mountains, brewery, pizzeria, and coffee shop, and about 5 miles away, the small town of Nederland with shops, main street, groceries, and our very own Carousel of Happiness :-)
