It’s a very nice place and no problem with noise or anything. I especially love that you can have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise while you fish from the dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . The place was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook . We saw dolphins one morning and caught a few fish off the dock . It was close to our spot we go on the beach every year on mobile st . We hope to come back again here in the future .

It was amazing..It was just my husband and I and our doodle Bailey, so we lived in the big house and slept in the baby house it was fun for us Only complaints was there were ants on around the stove in the big house, but we found some bug spray,and they were gone.. Also it would be lovely to put solar lights on the pier it’s so dark at night oh and more storage bowls to put leftovers in..no complaints really just opinions.. Loved the place Bailey girl loved the front yard.. would stay again ohh and the strong smell of wacky weed at all hours every day

We loved the property. Especially the wharf and little house behind the property. Thank you for the welcome gift. we hope to rent again in a few months. Our dog loved it a lot of room to run around. Thank you for letting us to use your home. Had a great time.

The location on the bay is great. The dock provides a good view of both sunrise & sunset, as well as easy fishing & the ability to watch birds & dolphins. The screened porch is well shaded by the trees to the side of the property, but the porch floor needs new paint/sealer & a good cleaning. The bedding was not comfortable (too much sagging with two people in the bed)--box springs or platforms need to be added to the beds to make them more comfortable. The bedrooms are small with no closets (only small hanging bars attached to the ceiling) and the bathroom in the main house is super tiny with NO counter space at all (I guess we didn't notice that in the pictures). Both showers are very small, making it difficult to shower without turning the water off & on--no room to move out of the water spray while trying to soap-up & wash your body. The dining room chairs were not in good shape--seats weren't fully attached to the frames & we had to avoid use of one them completely because the frame was broken. We chose the property because of its location & pricing--it was a decent stay but I don't think we'd stay there again.

We loved it! We were with children who love to fish and were in town for a fishing charter. It was perfect for what we needed. When the men and children left for the charter us two ladies set on the pier and watched the sun come up. Got to see dolphins jump a few feet away. Overall we enjoyed our trip and discussed making this an annual friend’s trip.
