Our apartment house consists of several apartments, which we recently redesigned for you.

Located in the heart of Grömitz, you can reach the beach and shops, banks, pharmacy and doctors as well as the good Grömitzer gastronomy, promenade, pier and the seawater surf bath "Grömitzer-Welle" within a maximum of 500 meters from the Seepark.

Directly adjacent to the beautiful Kurpark, with its own access, your vacation relaxation is right on your doorstep.

All apartments are furnished in a friendly, modern, maritime flair and give you a cozy vacation home when you return from a long day at the beach or from trips to the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

The 2-room apartment "starboard" with about 40 m² is an ideal vacation home for 2 people.

A living room to relax, furnished in a maritime flair, makes you feel at home very quickly on vacation. From the breakfast table you can enjoy the view of the garden and the adjoining spa gardens. And in the evening you can take it easy on the large corner couch while dinner is being prepared in the integrated kitchenette.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (90 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe as well as an armchair. From the bedroom you can access the daylight shower room.

Living room and bedroom are designed with a high-quality design plank in a noble wood look. The bathroom is tiled. All windows have external blinds.

The Seepark is embedded on a slight slope between Christian-Westphal-Straße and the Kurpark. You can reach the starboard apartment through the ground-level entrance on the garden and spa park side of the house.

The apartment has a parking space on the property. For bicycles brought along, there is a shared parking space in the carport or garage. The bicycles and handcarts belonging to the "Seepark" can also be used free of charge by all guests of the house. The beautiful seating area in the garden with beach chairs and grill offers a wonderful view of the spa gardens and invites all guests of the house to relax. The great large playground right in the spa park is a hit with all young guests.
