Two steps lead down to the living room, which features a smart TV, a high-quality sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm), and a dining area for 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up to the covered terrace, which has a dining area for 4 people and a sun lounger. The ground floor is tiled.
Through the living room, you enter the basement, where there is a small couch for relaxing. This area is covered with linoleum. The washing machine is located behind a curtain.
The stairs leading to the upper floor and the basement are carpeted. The furnishings are simple, functional, and cosy.
