With a king bed in the Master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and twin pullout ottoman, this condo can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. You will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the wrap around balcony! This unit is on the 5th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. This location has something for everyone, Our House at the Beach offers guests a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Right across the street is our world-famous Siesta Beach, and just minutes away is Siesta Key Village, offering endless boutique shopping, live entertainment, and dining, making this condo the perfect place for you to enjoy your island getaway vacation!

our place at the Beach

King size bed needs a mattress protection, The current one is literally in falling apart and thread bare.

Awesome Sunsets

Outside furniture old and uncomfortable. No toaster, no blender, too much glass, no containers for left overs, knifes are dull as can be.

Nice location, but…..

Definitely NEEDS improvement. The building is in a very nice location, but for the price you rent that unit you definitely expect better from maintenance and housekeeping. If you are planning to go to Siesta Key, the No 1 Beach to many, and you are told to just book and show up ( to have no concerns) but then: the key to the building entrance is the same as the key to the apartment ( not safe considering that anyone else with that same key could enter your unit), the sliding doors lock to the balcony where broken (not safe especially if you have little kids; we reported to management and the whole week passed still no one showed up to fix it), the umbrellas and chairs, beach accessories are too old and rusted which is embarrassing, the beds/ box springs are super noisy, you can’t sit or turn around without waking up everyone else. The checking out process asks for you to start the washing process for the beach towels and there is not detergent to do so (that let us thinking If the previous customers washed those same towels with only water and the we used those) The beach was great, and we would love to return to Siesta Key. We hope this feedback helps management to improve, and therefore, customers will likely return, and provide more positive feedback. Thank you

Hi Lianeth, We do greatly appreciate your feedback! I understand your concern about the door key however I think there is a miss understanding on how the keys work. While, yes, you are able to open the both the building door and the condo door with the same key, only the key guests are giving is able to the condo door. No other keys are able to open the condo door. I will pass the information about the box springs and detergent to home housekeeping departments.
