Apartment with private entrance, fenced plot, covered terrace and views of the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
Ideal for anglers, small families and beach lovers, as you can get to the beach without a car. Approximately 2 minutes on foot.
The beach and marina are less than 100 meters away.
Shopping facilities are available on the campsites Miramar or Strukkamp Huk 1 and 2 km away.
The approximately 6 km away commercial area of Burg offers numerous supermarkets and leisure activities (for bad weather days).
The living room can also be used as a bedroom, as it is equipped with a functional, but also very comfortable sofa bed.
The apartment is ideal for 2 adults (+ a maximum of 2 children). For older children, there is a cozy sleeping accommodation with "cave atmosphere" on the converted attic (access only via foldable floor ladder / roof hatch possible), which is also very popular with adults.
Covered terrace, garden, private entrance and private parking.
You can park your car in front of the garage, if you are anglers or bring your bicycles, we can provide you with a shelter. A freezer is of course also available.
Floors laminate or Tiles.
The shower room is equipped with a 12 liter boiler.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2016
