Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 38m² in Fehmarn OT Burg (18842)

Our guesthouse is quiet and yet centrally located in the "island capital" castle. The city center can be reached on foot in 3 minutes to do some shopping or to enjoy the beautiful Burger Marktplatz with its rich culinary offerings.
The south beach is 5 minutes by car. For holidaymakers who like to pedal, there is a bike rental right around the corner. On-site parking for the car is available in front of the house and for the bike directly on the property.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is furnished maritime / Scandinavian. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with a comfortable seating area and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has digital satellite TV and DSL 16000 Internet (patch cable on request). For shared use, a 400-liter freezer, a washing machine and a dryer are available. A terrace equipped with a beach chair, chairs and tables is ready for use at any time as well as a barbecue if required, to end the day in a cozy atmosphere. The garden is completely fenced, so that four-legged guests can move freely.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so das man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Auch mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund gab es keine Probleme. Es gab sogar einen eingezäunten Garten, den wir allerdings, wegen dem schon kühlen Wetter, nicht mehr genutzt haben. Gerne kommen wir noch mal wieder.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Es ist bei der Größe nicht viel Platz, jedoch für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind genügt es. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich ein gerichtet mit liebevollen Details. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Sehr schöne Wohnung . Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es könne in der Wohnung 4 Personen schlafen. Nur wer kochen möchte für 4 Personen? Das ist in der kleine Küche schwierig. Dusche und WC ist nur für kleine Menschen. Wer größer als 163 cm ist? Dann wird es eine Herausforderung. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Meine Frau und Ich wir sind nicht sehr groß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Fehmarn. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was benötigt wird. Die Familie Carstensen ist sehr freundlich, tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns, mit zwei Teenies perfekt. Man ist quasi sofort in der Altstadt, aber auch zum Strand sind es mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr sehr gut gefallen.
