Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 50m² in Fehmarn OT Burg (17314)

Nice quiet apartment,
suitable for 2 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years - we provide a cot),
fully furnished with everything you need for a family vacation.
The apartment is newly renovated and is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance.
It is 50 square meters and consists of a living room with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a covered seating area that has its own access.
Our apartment is very central:
about 10 minutes to the center castle and about 5 minutes to the harbor Burgstaaken.
We wish you a pleasant stay and look forward to your visit.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten seine persönlichen Dinge unterzubringen. Eine teilüberdachte Terrasse, die zum Sonnen einlädt, die aber auch mit ihrem großen Sonnenschirm genug Schatten bietet. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Und auch zum Südstrand ist es nicht weit. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und wenn doch mal etwas fehlt, wird es sofort besorgt. Alles im allen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Vermieter bewerben ihre Unterkunft mit einer Reihe von Ausstattungsgegenständen, die tatsächlich NICHT vorhanden sind. Hierbei handelt es sich teilweise für eine Buchung relevante Aussagen wie: - Grill - Raum für Sportgelände - Liegen - Sonnenschirm - Bademäntel - Carport Ferner heißt es, in der Wohnung befinde sich eine Stereoanlage. Diese Aussage ist seeehr weit hergeholt. Es ist ein altes Kofferradio mit CD-Fach vorhanden. Die Zertifizierung in der Fehmarn-Mappe ist bereits letztes Jahr abgelaufen. Die Wohnung an sich war funktional eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist sie aber sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Der relativ hohe Preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Die "überdachte Sitzecke" ist ein Witz. Bei Sonnenschein kann man diese Ecke nicht benutzen, weil zwar ein Schirmständer vorhanden ist, aber der dazu gehörende Schirm nicht zu finden war. Oder muss man den mitbringen? Das sollte dann aber auch beschrieben werden. Auch die Kommunikation (wir wollen aber keinen Familienanschluss) war mehr als dürftig. Es fehlte sogar die allgemein übliche Ansage der Tageszeit (oder ein einfaches MOIN).
