Experience the charm of the historic Kemp House in this spacious 775-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment in a distinctive Tudor Revival home dating to approximately 1938. Originally built as a private residence, the Kemp House has a rich history in Ocala. Today, Magnolia Suite offers a comfortable blend of historic character and modern convenience, just a short walk from downtown restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment.

Your Private Suite

Located on the first floor, this inviting apartment features a private entrance, one bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a private deck. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with a topper, Smart TV, desk, sound machine, and extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom features a double granite vanity, an oversized shower with three showerheads, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The living area includes a queen-size pullout sofa, Smart TV, and two dining areas, making the suite a great option for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and everyday cooking essentials. A welcome treat is provided to help you start your morning.

Enjoy the Outdoors

Relax on the front patio with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and seating. The private back deck offers a peaceful retreat with Edison lights, outdoor furniture, and two lounge chairs. A shared laundry room is available for added convenience.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

In 2019 I purchased the Historic Kemp house in downtown Ocala. After months of renovation, I opened it up for guests to enjoy. I have been in the rental industry for years, and always look to have happy guests. Thank you for considering the property.

Why they chose this property

The historic district is full of charm and character. I love to walk a few minutes downtown to eat at the wonderful restaurants, shop in the boutiques and listen to live music. The architecture of each home is completely different than the next making for an interesting eclectic collection of homes.

What makes this property unique

The suite is a great value located in a great downtown historic neighborhood. Guests have private parking, their own front outdoor sitting area, private entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living room/kitchen/ dining area, and private deck and a grill.
