Nestled on 60+ secluded acres of rolling woodland, this charming log cabin captures the character and craftsmanship of the early 1900s while offering the comfort and space needed for a memorable getaway. Inspired by the rustic cabins that were popular in the 1930s, this beautiful home was lovingly built by Paul and his wife, Bennie, in the 1980s as a place for family and friends to escape the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

Today, they're opening their beloved cabin to you.

Located just a short walk from beautiful Norris Lake, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect setting for families, couples, fishermen, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Whether you're taking in the beauty of nature from the front porch, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or spending the day enjoying Norris Lake, this cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and location. It's an ideal retreat for families, couples, and friends looking to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories in the heart of East Tennessee.

Lovely cabin surrounded by mountains

Excellent place to stay! We found this cabin to be quaint, comfortable, spacious and cozy. It is quite secluded, tucked into the mountains but not too far from the main road. The owner was great about communicating with us. Wi-Fi worked well, all beds were comfortable. We only had three adults but there were 4 bedrooms and a sofa with room for 10-12 I think. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a remote, quiet retreat.

The water wasn't working they canceled and need to refund

We didn't stay and affirm keeps wanting payment. Get the money back from host who should have had water fixed before they rented place.out!!

Spacious cabin where we felt safe

We would definitely stay here again: right price, clean, spacious cabin with a cozy feel, handsome diagonal planks for wall partions upstairs, fully equipped kitchen, new grill outside, pleasant surroundings, and a peaceful 7 minute walk along lane to Norris Lake. Host had everything we might need on hand and is exactly the kind of person one wants to do business with: glad we chose to stay here.

Gathering of family for white coat ceremony.

A beautiful 2 story cabin on a dead end road with lots of nature and animals surrounding the property. No cell service until you hook onto Wi-Fi. Our stay was wonderful and peaceful. Nicely furnished cabin with comfortable beds, and real close to the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay near Tazewell and Lincoln Memorial University. Thanks to the hosts for a nice stay!
