It's great to know your pups were able to enjoy the fenced backyard as well. Hello Amy! I am sorry to hear your stay was not our usual 5 stars! We have taken your comments seriously. 1. We have done a personal walk through of the house to make sure all minor light bulbs have been replaced. 2. We have a regular pest control company that sprays, however the nature of the house being in a humid tropical environment we cannot control the outside bugs unfortunately. 3. The broken patio furniture has since been replaced thank you for letting us know. 4. We have purchased all new living room furniture since your stay. 5. We only provide paper towels, dish rags can get very un-hygienic if used between guests and typically stain and are hard to maintain. 6.We ask guests to only park in the two driveways and you had 8 vehicles parked along the street, which isn't allowed in our neighborhood. (We have that listed in our welcome guide as well as listing.) During rain, all of the streets do tend accumulate water, since it is a gulf coast community, however it seemed as if your vehicles fared well because all were in working order and were able to leave the property. We did notice the vehicles were also parked throughout the weekend on our grass and we did have significant lawn repairs after your stay.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the maids and they hadn’t yet cleaned from the guests that checked out earlier in the day by the time you arrived. The maids arrived to clean within an hour of your arrival, but you chose to cancel the reservation which is totally understandable.
