The Coconut Cabana is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage ready for your relaxing vacation on Clearwater Beach. This cottage has all the comforts of home, full kitchen, central air conditioning, WiFi, 2 flat-screen cable TVs, ground level, parking right out in front, and bright and sunny décor throughout.

This cottage comes with all linens, beach and bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing, serving, and enjoying meals.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Easily accommodates 4
enjoy the two heated pools on the property surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, and propane grills for your enjoyment. Easy access right out your backdoor.

The Coconut Cabana is part of a seven cottage resort located on quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church.

These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private.

We are a 2-minute walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, no worries about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, a great place for the kids.

We also have additional 2/1 cottages, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottages, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation cottage available at this location. Please view VRBO, Home Away listings
All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a spacious patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

Cosy Cottage in the hub of the town

Lovely cottage, 500 yards from the beach and close to the main strip. The property was meticulously clean and comfortable and the owners Max and Teresa were great hosts. Would highly recommend

Wonderful holiday hideaway

We stayed at the Coconut Cabana in September 2018 and had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is one of half a dozen surrounding 2 pools and tropical gardens. On entering our cottage for the first time my 8 year old grandson stood still and exclaimed "I like this little house - it's lovely" , and indeed it is! The cottages are all slightly different but mainly 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (I think there is one 1 bedroom and one 2 bed, 2 bath) and all have a fabulous Floridian feel - bright summery colours and furnishings. Outside, the gardens, which are at the back of the properties, give a very secluded feel meaning you can swim or sunbathe without feeling overlooked. Theresa and Max have provided plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and even beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to pay for them on the local beach (which is only a 5 minute stroll away!). Also there are two huge gas barbecues in the gardens for guest's use, which we made use of a couple of times. Inside, the cottages have a good supply of linens and towels - including beach towels, and are well stocked with pots & pans, dishes and glassware - everything has been thought of to make your holiday brilliant. There is plenty of comfortable seating plus a dining table & chairs in each cottage. Max comes round daily to tend to the pools and gardens, and both he and Theresa are available at any time if you have any queries or just need advice on local amenities - they even supplied local books and maps. Coconut Cabana is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property and is perfect for a young family. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge. The smaller bedroom has a double bed but is not large enough for bedside tables, although the other room is much bigger. This did not worry us but would not suit some people. All in all there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday and I would recommend these cottages to anyone. We are definitely coming back next year and will be booking just as soon as we have decided when we can come. Looking forward to seeing you again Theresa and Max! From Denise and Peter Kitson.

Perfect Spot!

We loved staying at the Coconut Cabana! The property was great - loved the two pools and ample places to relax in or out of the sun. Super location - quick walk to the beach and favorite restaurants. We would love to come back!

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
