A nice and cozy apartment in a very terrible and unsafe neighbourhood.

Our stay at this apartment was filled with many anxiety and to some extent fear, the neighborhood is very unsafe . Each Uber driver would mention to us that we chose a very rough and unsafe area. For first time visitors to Miami we felt that this information should have been communicated to US initially by the Host and allow us to make a knowledgeable decision. The garbage situation also left much to be desired. For the entire duration we were there no one came to empty the garbage bins. This situation created a very untidy appearance outside the apartment. Thankfully we were on the second level. We were constantly bombarded by the vagrants and hustlers around for money. Although the apartment itself was nice and well maintained the neighborhood took away from us truly enjoying the experience, I will definitely not book there in the future.
