The Resort is located in front of the beach, with a breathtaking views we have all the amenities for you to enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything.
We’ve thought of everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. From a private beach to two oceanfront swimming pools, the resort was custom-built for sunning and socializing.
Two on-site Restaurants:
- Terrazas: whether for lunch or dinner, Terrazas will certainly accommodate you and all your friends with great options in the full menu next to the pool.
- Etaru: presents delicious contemporary Japanese cuisine Robatayaki in a modern setting with beautiful views of the sea and just steps from the sand.
- The Resort is 15 minutes drive from Aventura Mall, 10 minutes from Gulfstream Casino and 3 minutes from major supermarkets like Wallmart, Publix, Win-Dixie.
- Pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens and Locatel less than 2 miles.
Guest Access: - If you are driving, the Resort offers valet parking for (1-7 days) $35 per night + tax and 8 days or more $30 per night + tax. Non-hotel guests $50 + tax/day.
- A resort fee of $40 per night plus tax is charged per room (collected at check-in). Offering our guests unlimited Wi-Fi in the condominium and throughout the Resort and unlimited access to the gym.
- The Resort requests a security deposit of R$250 at check-in, which will be returned shortly after check-out if there are no problems during the reserved period.
- On the beach:
Resort guests will have access to 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 6 towels for this, guests will receive coupons at the mobile station at reception. Request your coupons at the check-in assigned to your unit.
If the guest has already checked in and has not collected the coupons, they can collect the towel service card at any time at the mobile reception.
Coupons are non-transferable and can only be redeemed once per day.
The beach service will not provide its services to guests who do not provide their beach services coupon at the booth and will be redirected to reception for assistance.
In efforts to protect association assets, towel recovery services operate as follows:
Present the towel service card at the pool/beach equipment counter in exchange for the assigned service.
Return towels to the pool/beach equipment counter to collect cards and avoid a $50 fee per unreturned towel.
Return your Pool and Beach Services Card to the check-out desk to avoid a $40 fee for an unpaid card.

- Cleaning and restocking of toiletries is available at an additional cost. It can be ordered between 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

($ 100.00) Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.
($ 150.00) House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.
* IMPORTANT - Continuing our efforts to properly protect the building and avoid violating rules and regulations. The Association will charge a penalty for any of the following incidents:

- Throwing things off the balcony $ 750 and the authorities will be called and we, the association, will file a complaint against all responsible parties.
- Exceed the occupancy or party limit in the $ 500 unit and guests will be escorted out of the building.
- Pulling a $ 500 fire alarm station.
- Damage to doors or corridors $ 500.
- Smoking in the room $ 250.
- No loud noise after 10 pm.
- The Resort requests a $ 250 security deposit at check-in, which is returned shortly after check-out if there are no problems during the booked period.
- We are not responsible for objects left in the apartment after Checkout.

Pool was great! Beach side service was good, they ran out of blankets for the chairs pretty early. It’s also not directly in front of the resort but just a little walk down.
Only downfall is the pool and hot tub closed at 6 every night.

No hot water for 3/5 days, cold showers!
For three of our five day stay, the condo was not in proper working order as described in the listing. There was no hot water in the unit, which resulted in only partial use of bathrooms (cold showers only), partial use of washer/dryer (could only wash clothes in cold water), partial use of kitchen (could not sanitize dishes using hot water or dishwasher). For this reason, even though we understood it was a building wide issue, we believed we should have been refunded some of the total cost, which was quite spendy, not including the daily resort fee, as we were not provided with all the amenities listed in the listing.
The property managers refunded us the resort fee only, for the 3 days we didn't have hot water, stating it wasn't their fault, or offered to let us leave the condo early, but where would we have gone at the last minute for our remaining 2 days in Miami?
I don't feel this is very good customer service, especially considering we had to force a 7 and 11 year old to take cold showers daily. This really messed up what would have been an otherwise really nice vacation.

Dear Kathleen, I believe your dissatisfaction with your stay has a reason. However, this situation is completely out of our control, we had 2 days without hot water and with lukewarm water in the showers due to a problem with the Resort's water pump. We kept you informed at all times of what was going on and did our best to alleviate your discomfort. You suggested a full refund of your stay, which was not feasible as you were in the unit for 5 days and enjoyed all the amenities in the Resort and apartment. We offered you a 3-day resort fee refund as a way to alleviate your hot water problem, and you accepted this offer the moment we offered it, no questions asked. This hot water problem has never happened before and probably won't happen again. We understand that your stay was a little frustrating due to this problem, but this was a situation that was completely beyond our control and that affected all apartments in the Resort. We couldn't do anything but wait for everything to be sorted out by the Resort management. You have been made aware of all updates that have been passed through the Resort regarding the hot water situation and we have offered a refund because of this situation. What we could not accept was a full refund of your stay and your stay in the apartment. We are very sorry that this has partially affected your stay, but I emphasize that this situation has been completely out of the standard of the Resort since its opening. We are committed to offering the best possible stay for our guests and providing them with the best experience during their holiday, but unfortunately this specific situation is completely beyond our control.
Overall the location was great. Property itself not so much, the building other then the lobby is showing its age.. The check in process took about 45 minutes. Upon arrival to the room (after checkin time) it was still being cleaned, we ended up sitting on the balcony for about 20 minutes while that was finished up.
After getting settled in we noticed some issues with the floors still having crumbs all over.. Something was crammed down the garbage disposal which stunk.. Slow drains in the master bath to the point where water builds up while showering or brushing your teeth and takes minutes to drain.. Blood on bath towels, and some sort of white substance on the couch, looked like dried yogurt but who knows.
Beds were comfortable, couch and chairs not so much. Had enough amenities to get us through 2 nights before a cruise.. Again, unit is showing its age.
The WORST part of the stay was the elevator situation. For 40 floors, there was 3 working elevators it would take upwards of 20-30 minutes to catch a ride depending on the time of day. On day 2 our bands were deactivated because the check in agent only activated them for 1 day versus 2. After spending an hour going back up and down to verify the problem wasn't the door lock itself, the front desk reprogrammed the bands.
I brought the issues up to the host, who brushed them off with an assortment of different excuses.
We will be visiting the area again, but will stay away from this unit and the property.

I would like to clarify all the points raised by the guest above, he only contacted us the day after his arrival reporting that there were problems with the cleaning carried out. Immediately after your contact, we informed you that we would send our cleaning and maintenance team again to correct the reported problems. However, to our surprise he informed us that there was no need. We insisted that our teams go to the unit to check the problems and he denied what seemed very strange to us because we sent him the cleaning video where none of these reported problems appear. He informed us that he had not taken photos and had swept the floor removing the crumbs when he arrived, but on the 2nd day he sent photos in which he said he did not have them. Very strange to me It seems to me that this guest would like a refund and was not honest with us. We tried our best to solve problems and were never negligent, quite the opposite. When he realized that we wouldn't make the refund, we already had in mind that he would take out his dissatisfaction that his refund plan hadn't worked in the comments. Our goal is to provide the best possible stay and experience for our guests, being responsive and correcting any problems as quickly as possible. And in this case above, the guest simply didn't want us to do anything for him simply to seek a refund. We are sorry that this happened and this message he left is not true.
