Bring the extended family to this darling & spacious home in the heart of Garden City. Quiet area but only 3 minutes to the town center; 15 to Beaver Mountain; & just mins to the lake. Backs to Heritage Park, (site of Raspberry Days). Yard w/fire pit and exterior table/chairs. 2 Story, open concept living-kitchen-dining with 2b/1b on main & 3b/2b up. 2 family rooms w/Smart TV's. 2nd level has DVD player w/vast selection of movies and small ping pong table. Up to 14 can be accommodated. 8 bikes available & a 2 seat toddler pull-along. Baby 3n1 Graco & high-chair. Ample parking.
