Private 2-bedroom oasis in Sayulita, just a short walk to the beach and plaza. Located in a quieter area, you get the best of both—easy access to town and a more relaxed stay.
The home features a spacious outdoor lounge, tropical garden, and a refreshing pool shared with only one small upstairs unit (max 2 guests), so it stays quiet and uncrowded.

ENTRANCE
Enter through a private gate and down a spiral staircase into your own secluded space. The outdoor area includes a large cushioned lounge, BBQ, hammock, and tropical garden. There’s also an outdoor shower and surf rack—perfect after a beach session.
POOL
The pool is just steps away and is shared with one quiet upstairs unit (max 2 guests), making it feel private most of the time.

INTERIOR
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, open living space, smart TV, and coffee/tea station. The home is designed for comfort whether you're working remotely or relaxing after the beach.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms have queen beds, AC, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms, and French doors opening to the garden. Designed for comfort, privacy, and a relaxed tropical feel.
LOCATION
Located in central Sayulita, just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, plaza, restaurants, and nightlife—while still being tucked away from the noise.

Beach Adventure

My teens and I enjoyed exploring beaches, taking a surf lesson, and renting a gold cart to explore town. The location of the home and pool allowed us to have a great place to cool off and relax between trips. Matt gave us great recommendations and was always quick to respond to our questions. We recommend a stay!

A Quiet Oasis

We didn’t want to leave. Sayulita can be overwhelming with its nose, busyness and bustle. Casa Marea provided the perfect oasis. It’s completely decked out and very tastefully decorated. Thanks Matt!

The Best, easy, and chill place to stay

Matt the host is amazing. Great check in and tremendous communication from the day we booked. Spotless when we arrived. He kept bottled water stocked for our entire stay. Helpful to find the good restaurants, golf cart rentals, taxis etc. the property is about 5-7 min to the beach. Nice little pool was kept clean during our stay. Very livable! We truly enjoyed our stay, and feel we have a new friend. That doesn’t happen very often! We’re going to miss his dog Mondo!! Great casita!!

What an awesome experience. A great two-bedroom place far enough away from the hustle to be totally quiet, yet close enough to walk anywhere in 10 minutes, 15 to the beach. I had some concern there would be road noise due to its proximity to Punta Mita Rd. Nope. Utterly tranquil. Matt, the host, was super responsive and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Matt!
