New Modern Home, Golf, Polo, Few Minutes From Catedral Ski Resort.

The house is one of a kind, boasting 3 separate stories and incredible views throughout. Please see the video.
* 4 suite-style bedrooms
* 5 full bathrooms as well as an extra guest bathroom
* The front door opens directly to the Great Room located on the second floor, with amazing views of the mountains. This area of the house includes the living room, a formal dining room that seats 12, and an indoor grill as well as the kitchen, which is complete with an island and an exit to the second-floor balcony.
* A downstairs living area on the third floor that consists of 4 bunk-bed style beds, a wood-burning fireplace, and a mini kitchen with access to the garden and patio.
* A Mudroom with a washer and dryer, ideal for storing all your ski equipment, Golf Clubs, or Fly Fishing gear.
* A Mini home theater for 5 to 6 people
* Wine cellar / Bodega.
* Terrace and two decks.
Total capacity of 12 guests.

The house is conveniently located in Arelauquen Golf and Country Club, one of the most exclusive and elegant clubs in Patagonia, including three Polo fields, 18 hole Golf Courses, Clubhouse, with in and out pool among other facilities.

There plenty of outdoor activities in the area for each season; Fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, Ski, Golf, Polo. There are also a few restaurants and coffee places, inside Arelauqyen G&CC.

Arelauquen has also great access from the airport, Bariloche Civic Center, Catedral ski resort, and the Llao Llao, “ circuito chico” área among many other places to visit. It is minutes away to super markets, and restaurants.

Incredible Home

My family and I had an incredible time at Gus's beautiful home. The house has everything you could need and the views from every room are simply stunning. Gus was an incredible host, offering us recommendations around Bariloche and the region. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Beautiful property

The house is located in a prestigious neighborhood right across from a beautiful lake. The house is well kept, modern and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could need. Beautiful views abound. We definitely recommend this property.

This is more than a house … it’s an amazing home!

From the moment you arrive until the time you leave Gustavo’s property you feel at home: we were a group of 9 adults and a 3 year old kid enjoying from the gathering at breakfast time at the kitchen island to the time we go to sleep each of us with enough space and independence from each other. The walks around Arenlaunquen transmitted peace and fresh air, nights with deep blue skies where you can identify La Cruz del Sur and views from Cerro Otto are priceless.If you are looking for an exclusive place for your next family re union don’t hesitate to contact Gustavo who will recommend tons of activities to enjoy during your stay.We will definitely be back soon!

Upscale quiet place to stay in bariloche

Firstly. This property is beautiful and spatious and will have everything you need. Lots of room for a big group of people to spread out and relax. Nice big kitchen to prepare meals along with everything you need to cook and gorgeous views from all sides of the house. Located on a beautiful golf course. The beds were comfy and a ton of washrooms with views of the mountain from each bedroom Secondly - the communication and help provided by the property owner - Gus - was exceptional. He helped us with many aspects of our trip and gave us good recommendations with restaurants and activities. He was very involved and helped make our trip great and went out of his way to accommodate us Would definitely stay here again if back in Bariloche. Highly suggest this property.
