This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking. Please note that the fireplace shown in the living room is for decorative purposes only.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

My family loved staying at this beautiful, spacious, and relaxing home! Located near the sand, the beach is just a couple minutes away! We loved hanging out in the garage with the pool table and games! We just might try to stay here again sometime! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay. We had small issues that were corrected swiftly. Our children said that we should book it every year from now on and we will unless our family grows. But I will definitely refer family and friends.

We loved the layout of the house and the hot tub was so nice. The fact you could sit in the hot tub and hear and see the beach was perfect for a winter vacation

So this property was very spacious and a great location. That was the good part. It was enough space for all of my family we didn't feel like we were in top of each other. Now the down side was two of the bathrooms were not clean my family said that they were nasty. The main bathroom of the house was extremely small, need to be upgraded. One of the bathrooms the sink stopped up it was hard to turn off the water and the water didn't drain properly. I did reach out to them. I noticed small damages in the home including one of the the kitchen cabinets doors was completely missing. I took pictures and videos to make sure that we weren't responsible for the damages that were already there. The game room was especially dirty and there was no air conditioner inside of the game room and it was very hot. We couldn't play pool because the pool table didn't have the ball rack to rack the balls the dart game had broken darts so you couldn't play darts. The only thing that worked was the arcade games, again it was extremely hot and dirty inside the gameroom. In the main bedroom I didnt like that inside of the shower there was no place to put your soap or shampoo and conditioner while in use. I didn't like the fact that it wasnt a full mirror inside the home at all. So overall the home can use some work. And the cleaning crew need to do better. The home was just okay but if I had seen it in person first I wouldn't recommend to anyone it until those issues were taken care of.

Loved the charm and location of the home. Wonderful neighborhood. Very comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues, which I'm sure it will be taken care of soon. Dishwasher is not usable. Cold water ONLY in the kitchen. No icemaker. Master shower looks great but only the "rainfall" works, body jets and handheld does not work. Trash pick up never happened. I do recommend this home, just hope some of the issures can be taken care of soon. A normal broom would be helpful to clean the sand up. I would recommend this home.

BEST BEACH HOUSE EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach house vacation rental was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property if you want to have a great vacation. The beds were the best felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hot tub was awesome we got in it almost every night lol. Had everything we needed to cook with. only thing was the grill was out of propane didn’t notice till the last night cause we was gonna have ourselves a cookout before we left. Other than that everything was perfect the house was in a great location the check in staff were happy and professional. 10 out of 10 will definitely rent this beach house again..

All of us enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Very spacious . The only bad things I seen were one of the door knobs were loose . We just put a chair in front to be safe. Also one of the toilets had a leak in the king room bathroom. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn the porch string lights on. The beds and couch were so comfy . We all slept like a baby . The openers provide beach chairs which came in handy too. I would recommend this rental to everyone!!!!

Family Fun

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Great location, timely property managers, needs owner attention

Location was great, probably the best property management team we’ve encountered, but the owner needs to address many items. Floor, ceiling fans, fridge, power outlets, kitchen, etc… a little investment and updates and this could easily be a 5 star rental.

Clunky but near beach

Checkin involves having to go by a separate location. The house was okay but oddly laid out and sparse with things like toiletries and kitchen equipment
