Welcome to Sunny Farmstead: a quiet and comfortable end unit villa nestled within the heart of the Galena Territory. This home features a wood burning fireplace, bumper pool table, child bunk beds, dart board, and a closet full of games. The home is a 4min drive from the Owners' Club and 10min from downtown Galena. Booking this villa also affords you access to the Territory Owners' Club which features indoor and outdoor heated pools, basketball courts, a game room, tennis courts and more.

The home sleeps a maximum of 8 people (Assuming 2 people in each of the 3 king beds, and 2 people in the bunk bed room).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC to “Eco” Turn the heat to 60F (in the winter) and to “off” in the Summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not touch or remove the Nest Connect device in the entryway hall. It is a white oval-shaped plug in just above the hallway night light.
