This is a rare property in that you can reach million dollar views via a comfortable paved road and be at 4,020 ft elevation within 6 min of turning off the main highway (Soco rd).

Note: (0.2 mi via gravel road on for Hoot Owl Ridge Dr, but Sparrow lane is completely paved).
