Completely remodeled! All baths are renovated with tiled showers and glass doors. New kitchen. For your safety the property has multiple outdoor cameras, alarm system. There are No cameras in any of the living areas. ENJOY the many summer activities in the area golfing, mountain biking, hiking the long trail/app trail, #1 disc golf course, kayaking nearby Kent Pond and other lakes. Available for Winter Seasonal Rental 2025-26. NOV 1-APR 30, 2026....$20,400. NON Smoking home...anywhere on the property. Small Pets Allowed. MUST BE 30 years or older to rent this property. Property was very clean and spacious. Location in central Vermont was perfect for accessing all of Vermont. Our 4th trip to Vermont, this was by far the best place to stay.
My son and I stayed here while he ran the Spartan race at Killington. the location was excellent and close to restaurants, Killington and mountain bike and hiking trails. The unit is so clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house - very modern and extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and decor was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could need and the house is located very close to Killington mountain’s restaurants and shops, 5 minute drive. Host is extremely nice and responsive!
The listing was incorrect. It says we were to get the entire house which we did not there was someone staying upstairs which we would’ve not preferred. Also, it stated three bedrooms and they were only two. The third was an office with no bed. One of the bathroom doors would not close and when I was charging my phone at night, not realizing that the switch on the wall shut off all the outlets. My phone was dead in the morning. The queen mattress was one of the worst we have ever slept on. It’s squeaked every time you barely move and would keep my wife and I up the entire night. We were also missing a pillowcase and could not find any in the house. It was mentioned that it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants and we do not feel that that was an accurate description, especially near sunset. She mentioned bears in the area.

You had the entire house? You have a door and a key to your 3 BR/2 Bath unit as described.
This property is completely renovated including new mattresses which are not even a year old. You stated there were 2 people coming then on arrival stated there were 4 so we did not leave the air mattress for the Office.
We have inventory of pillowcases so had you contacted us we would have brought one right over.
Bathroom door is new and has worked fine, however, during your stay the weather changed and must have swelled hence the situation. There is a second door to close for that bathroom for privacy so it should not have been mentioned here you could have simply let me know personally.
The description is very accurate if you google map the property you can see its not even 1/4 mile to Skiology and The Foundry. The Foundry also has a shuttle. Most guests do not walk around town due to wildlife.
Yes there are bears here in Killington and out of staters need to be reminded so they vehicles are not damaged which we kindly notified you on the subject.
We have always received 5 star reviews and your low rating is not justifiable and should be removed by VRBO.
Property, no issues. What I didn't like was owner was supposed to be on property in a camper, which was already concerning. Then, when I arrived she was in house, not camper because she felt I didn't arrive in a timely manner. It would of been best if she wasn't on property at all and second best, not in house. Didn't matter how big house was.

Like all guests, I had been trying to communicate with you prior to your arrival, but no response. Therefore I stayed in the owners area of the home which is completely separate from the guest area and didn't impact your visit. This is a common style home in a ski community. Your arrival time did not matter. We always get Five Star reviews because we try to make things perfect for our guests.
Very comfortable, clean, up to date home with many amenities close by to the mountain, all the local businesses and restaurants. Owner was very friendly and responsive, the rental process couldn't have been any easier. Looking forward to returning some day!
