Family fun& tranquility: your private vacation home with heated pool!

+ Spacious house with 2 apartments in a central location in Cape Coral + living space per apartment over 100sqm + community garden with plenty of privacy and heated pool in southern exposure + private, sheltered outdoor area for each side +

Look forward to a relaxing holiday in a house with only 2 apartments and a large swimming pool, which can be used in winter thanks to electric pool heating.

A private veranda screened with a mosquito net invites to long evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor seating offer plenty of opportunities to relax. A BBQ grill leaves no grill wishes open. The property is completely surrounded by a high fence, giving you complete privacy.

The house is a duplex (semidetached house). The outdoor area is thus shared.

The house is located in a quiet, well-kept and very nice American neighborhood. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and attractions are nearby and are easily accessible by car. The large water park "Sunsplash" is in the immediate vicinity.

Your apartment "Apartment Eastside"

The Eastside has a large living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher), dining table for 6 people and a cozy TV area with sofa bed.
From the hall you get into the bathroom (shower, toilet) and in the two bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed; in the second bedroom there are two single beds. Families with children are in good hands here as well as (friendly) couples.

Everything was great with our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it’s clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was so easy and communication with the owner and property manager was great! I have stayed here twice now and would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed the stay but didn’t realize that it was a good 20 minutes to access I 75 since we were checking out various different locations. The house was fine and meet all the needs one could want on an extended vacation. We enjoyed the pool area!

Nice for a short stay

Property was clean. Neighborhood was good. Our overall stay was good. Checkin was easy and getting a hold of property manager was easy and she replied quickly. Only issue we had was you have to pay for the washer. Didn’t know until we needed to wash and had to go get coins.

Great stay!

I loved the space and how this place had everything you needed. Easy to pick up after yourself & leave everything the way you find it. The pool was great & the people next door were no problem. Most of all i love and appreciate how this place allows u to bring your dogs with you. The location is perfectly full of land. Lovely homes in the area and 10 mins away from anything and everything. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Home exceeded all of my expectations. Martina communicated quickly and effectively through the entire booking process, and answered any questions I had after arrival promptly! My family usually stays in hotels just because of the unknown of renting homes, but after this trip I’m sold! Location, price, and quality of the house (and pool) were all exceptional. We absolutely would stay here again and plan to be back soon!

Easy Breezy

Nice easy smooth and relaxing. Dressers would of been useful and didn't know if the garage was an option. Would have came in useful if I would have known. All in all very nice and quiet stay.

Great vacation

We have done a lot of traveling and stayed at quite a few vacation property. But i gave to say this one had the best cutting knife set . The only thing missing was a set of measuring cups. But being a good chef I know how to work it out. (LoL) Thanks for everything. Becky

Great place, great hostess, truly 5 star.

We moved cross country from Idaho to the Cape Coral area. Stayed in a lot of Homes along the way. This was THE best and it had a pool. And our hostess was awesome! When our new home was ready to move into on time, Martina let us stay 3 more nights and only charged the nightly fee. No booking fees or additional costs of any kind. When I made the request via email, she quickly responded and helped us set it up. I would stay here again in a minute. And since we now live in the area, I will use it for overflow guests who come to visit us. Oh, AND it had a pool!

Perfect for us!

The property was accurately depicted by the pictures. However, the pictures cannot portray the wonderful, relaxing pool. The temperature was perfect and the water crystal clear! The location of the property was ideal for us. We enjoyed the month of March exploring the area with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and, interesting places to visit like the Ford Edison summer summer home. If you enjoy golfing, and want to work on your short game, there was a delightful three and four par course within walking distance. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood every morning and then relaxing by the pool every day. The owners were delightful, receptive, and available. The very few issues that we had were addressed immediately. We hope to visit again soon!

Adequate but not great.

All major appliances were old and of low quality. The fridge in particular was noisy and the AC eventually broke down during our stay and was not repaired. The one sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable (foam) and there were no other chairs except wooden kitchen chairs. The beds were comfortable (foam). All of the kitchen equipment was flea market quality (chipped dishes, rusty coffee maker, 2 plastic cups with one from a give-away, 1 glass tumbler, ample juice glasses), kitchen & bath linens were old and threadbare…you get the picture. As for that air conditioner…we had it set at 73 (down 2 degrees from their initial setting of 75). We were accused of causing it to freeze up because it was set so low. The outside temperatures of upper 80’s and into the 90’s broke records for our month of February. The pool itself was great. The outdoor furniture was rusty and falling apart. We had a 5 month old puppy with us and the fenced area was great. (Our puppy was never on the furniture and never had any kind of accident in the house. As insurance, we mopped the living area floor the morning we checked out.) While we were there, the rusty, falling apart grill was replaced with a new one that worked very well. And, we heard from the renters that were next to us that the sofa was replaced the day we left. The TV worked great.

It sounds like you had some mixed experiences during your stay. We are glad to hear that the pool and fenced area were great for your puppy and that the TV worked well for you. It's also good to know that you were happy with the new grill. However, it's unfortunate to hear that some of the other appliances/equipment were not up to your satisfaction. Regarding the air conditioner, it was not an accusation but a fact that the unit did not work for several days because the unit froze due to the changes made to the temperature setting. Even though we know that it is tempting to turn the air conditioner colder when it is warm outside, we ask future guests not only to pay attention to our signs in this regard but also to follow the instructions. But despite some challenges, we know that you were still able to enjoy your time there.

Thank you for your nice feedback! On the subject of the grill(s), we must say that we will no longer advertise the grills in the future, as we have decided to no longer offer grills. Unfortunately, the amount of work is disproportionate to the cost of maintenance, care, cleaning, and constant new purchases if we want to continue to offer our accommodations at such a good price-performance ratio.

I will never go back to these people, they are trying to charge an extra $$$ pet fee when it was initially was another amount. There was no mess behind, My dogs were walked and picked up after. Horrible business...Next time I rather pay more and stay in a nicer place.

It is a pity that the guest did not read our advertisement description thoroughly. There the fees for dogs are clearly listed. The dogs had not been registered expressly and it is our right as landlord that we demand the money after we became aware of it. Please always read the description of the advertisement thoroughly before booking!
