I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding your recent stay with us. Your dissatisfaction with our services is evident in your 1-star review, which I believe is a retaliatory response to the charges incurred during your stay.
Upon your arrival, I inquired about your satisfaction with the property, and it was represented that everything was satisfactory. You had requested that the pool be heated throughout your stay, and I had explained our policy regarding pool heating, including the associated charges. Despite this, it appears that the pool was heated continuously, resulting in additional energy costs.
I take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, it seems that certain expectations and guidelines were not respected during your visit. I would like to address the issues that led to your dissatisfaction and clarify our policies for future guests.
I appreciate your feedback and hope that you can understand our perspective on this matter. However, I must inform you that we will not be able to accommodate future bookings from you.
