Corinne really has thought of everything and made this the perfect getaway spot for couples and families. We had such a splendid time; we had everything we needed and there were so many thoughtful additions to the home that it made it easy to just show up and instantly relax. We will definitely be back!

All five stars plus across the board. Spectacular remodel with all of the accomodations you can think of, and then some. Perfect for our boat and very easy direct Gulf access, but also private with no other boat traffic. We liked everything about this home and the fish cleaning station was a bonus. We plan to stay again.

This was the perfect home and perfect location for a nice, relaxing weekend with my daughter. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the outdoor patio, riding bikes, and kayaking to the Gulf of America to see a sunset - bonus, we also seen dolphins!

This is a beautiful cottage on a canal with great outdoor space, bicycles, kayaks, and impeccable indoors. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and very well outfitted kitchen. Convenient restaraunts and fishing charters. This is now my preferred place to stay in Hernando Beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The property was well maintained and appointed. We noticed some loose screws on the ladder on the dock and our host had the handyman out the very next morning. It was quite cozy and we appreciated all the details and conveniences (i.e. beach chairs and towels, coffee and tea selections in the cute wet bar and the serene outdoor space with gulf access). Would highly recommend and return to this gem!

Peaceful waterside retreat

We had a short stay for visits to area attractions from Tarpon Springs to Crystal River. The house was immaculate and filled with thoughtful amenities and add one that made it a truly wonderful place to stay.

Lovely house and location

We had a short stay for an extended family gathering with my spouse and siblings and this property was perfect. The amenities were comprehensive and very nice. Working with the host was a pleasure. We hope to come again soon for a longer stay.

WOW, amazing villa and location

What an amazing property and location. From fishing off the dock, kayaking down the canal to relaxing in the gazebo it has it all. Can’t fault the villa, communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend you book.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, ready early and had everything we needed -plus a ton of extras!!! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! The host was beyond east to deal with and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area!
