PURE NATURE! This is probably the best way to describe the beautiful town of Alt Reddvitz on the Mönchgut peninsula. Alt Reddevitz is a romantic old fishing village located between Having and the Hagenscher Wiek.
The apartment is located in the Höft Residenz apartment complex, just 100 m from the bathing area and a few meters from the beautiful, idyllic lagoon landscape. You can recharge your batteries here. The proximity to nature and water makes Alt Reddevitz an ideal vacation spot
In our comfortable and modern apartment, we offer space for 2 guests on about 39 square meters. Your pet is also welcome with us. The apartment is on the 1st Floor (7 levels). It is equipped with a large balcony where you can end the evenings and enjoy your breakfast with a pleasant sea breeze.
The kitchen with serving hatch is fully equipped. The apartment has a living room with a double bed, and there is also the option of setting up a travel cot (available on request). A baby high chair is already available in the apartment and included. The bathroom with shower cabin is large and also offers enough storage space for cosmetics and towels. From the hallway there is a small room with a wardrobe, which also has enough storage space.
Furthermore, the apartment has free WiFi.
Guests have their own parking space directly at the house (Höft Residenz Apartment No. 12 car park). A staircase leads to the first floor (7 steps) from the main entrance. The hallway on the 1st floor to the apartment is illuminated by motion detectors. Apartment 12 is located in the middle of the hallway.
The Höft Residenz has a laundry room with washing machine in the basement. The shared bicycle cellar can also be found there.
Guests can also use the small fitness and wellness area in the basement (use at your own risk and peril). In the wellness area there is a newly installed infrared sauna at the end of 2018, which guests can use for a fee.

Only a few minutes by car or by bike you can reach the Baltic Sea resorts such as Göhren, Sellin, Baabe and Thiessow with their beautiful long bathing beaches. Beautiful boat trips also start from here.

Alt Reddevitz has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. The Cafe Moccavino, or the Gasthof Kliesow’s Reuse (right next to the Höft Residenz) are known across the island and can be reached on foot. The restaurant "Am Wasser" is also opposite. Alt Reddevitz also has its own farm distillery "Zur Strandburg".
A small playground is in the immediate vicinity right on the water.

From Alt Reddevitz you can start wonderful bike excursions and reach various destinations.

Shops are only a few minutes away by car.
The AHOI adventure and leisure pool!Rügen is in Sellin and can be reached by car in a few minutes. Popular with young and old: Karls Erdbeerhof in Ziekow, also a few minutes away by car.
There is a line bus stop (bus line 21) directly in front of the street.
Raging Roland connects the nearby towns of Lauterbach Mole, Putbus, Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. A ride is an experience for young and old and is fun!
