Perfectly equipped, beautiful view and very clean
A difficult review.
The apartment, on the 32nd and last floor, has beautiful views over Bayside Market and Miami Bay (a perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks !). The location is great and very central.
The unit is nicely designed and is overall extremely well equipped with almost all amenities and products you may need (I have rarely seen a rental unit with all the washing and cleaning products, coffee pads, rubbish bags, cotton swabs, etc....). Everything is brand new, top !
Be aware that there is no reception available for this unit since it seems it is not registered in the building rental program. We felt strange however because the environment is in big contrast with the unit atmosphere : most residents seem to be students and/or visitors, and the residence is often noisy, with people sometimes with little education, especially at the pool area and noisy music in the corridors. But once you get used to it, you can adapt to that particular feeling.
We just got one big problem : we got only one set of keys and we were a party of 4. Since you need a keytag to go to the pool, to the parking, to elevators and enter the building after 6pm, we had to do everything together, exactly at the same time, etc...Even going to the pool when another went to buy food or wanted to join the pool afterwards turned into little nightmares. Then be sure to get enough keys.
But the location, the view, the design, the equipment and the comfort of the apartment deserve a 5* mention.
