The property was as advertised. The onsite Restaurant was excellent and the pool area was great. The site has three buildings that look like they are under construction so it seemed less crowded then expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location; Amazing view!

This condo is gorgeous! We stayed here a couple of nights before our cruise. While I doubt my group of an 82 year old, my 2 kids and myself are the target demographic for the location; everyone enjoyed the condo. Views of the canal and the city were great! Amazing place to get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a group of friends or family. The staff answered all of our questions and found us a place to eat when we arrived late due to our flight delay. Clean, well stocked and great pool! And a balcony!! I would definitely stay here again!

Our whole experience withSam was phenomenal. He communicated with us. He met us at the property gave us a walk-through. I'm really impressed with his process of check-in and check out. Sam was a fantastic host great communication from start to finish he made the check in process easy as we arrived a little early The property was immaculate spacious with great views across brickell as the property is on 45th floor It is close to all amenities so easy to walk around The gym was a high standard the pool was not in operation when we visited due to works being carried out Highly recommend this property
