Very lovely house on a pond. We rented this house for all the bedrooms and beds, and it was large enough for an offsite business meeting. Beautiful spot for photos (if I could have remembered to start my video anyway…) Host met us at the house to welcome us and give a tour. Cannot wait to come back (when it’s a bit cooler). Very responsive hosts! Thanks for renting us your lovely home!
We had a great trip to Auburn. It’s a very close drive to campus for game day, and you can hit up Publix on the way in. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

So glad y’all enjoyed the Pond House. Maria! Thanks for being great guests!
It is a beautiful and warm place to stay. It's definitely a home away from home.
We enjoyed our stay. From the warm meet and greet from the host. We loved the home cooked bread, the quiet neighborhood, and the firetruck ride. We will book again.

Cindy, You and your family were wonderful guests and I'm thrilled you hope to come back! Thanks for taking such good care of the Pond House!
Everything was perfect, from check in to check out. Wonderful hospitality and an unforgettable experience for the kids riding the vintage fire truck and taking the kayaks on the pond. The house is super comfortable and clean, well stocked and the fresh bread on arrival was such a nice treat. Tons of toys and books for the kids with an awesome reading nook. This was such a special visit for our family, we will definitely be back.

I’m so glad that you and your family enjoyed everything so much, William! We look forward to your next visit with us in the future!
My group rented the house for a trip to play golf at the courses at Grand National in Opelika. We also drove to Prattvillle to play there one day. The house is convenient to get to the Opelika courses and convenient to get to Auburn campus. Jenny is extremely helpful and a great communicator. Great experience, highly recommended.

Brad, I’m so glad y’all had a great experience at Pond House on the Plains! Hope y’all will come again soon. Thanks for the recommendation!
If I could give Jenny (the host) extra stars I would. She was incredibly helpful answering my many questions (not least the measurements of the tables in the house so I knew what size tablecloths to get!) The property is very pretty and peaceful and an easy drive to AU. Publix minutes away. We live out of state but wanted to host extended family for graduation weekend, 11 adults aged 20-81 yrs. The Pond House gave us room to spread out *and* be together--much better than separate hotel rooms.
We have stayed at many rentals before, but thanks to Jenny and Ernest, they made our stay extra special. They greeted us with such hospitality and were gracious hosts. Our family got to enjoy a vintage fire truck ride, zip line fun, and even fish feeding. The house was beautiful, clean, and was able to accommodate our large group. Convenient to stores and local activities. The pond house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing family vacation.
