The house Flurstrasse is quiet and close to the center in a green environment. From the apartment you can reach in a few minutes the city center and shops. Even the popular Wyker South Beach is not far away. The promenade leads you directly into the city center to the harbor, where you arrive by ferry and start the holiday. On request, we will pick you up from the port and bring you to the holiday apartment.

The cozy and tastefully decorated apartment is for 2 persons and welcomes you in a Nordic, modern style with a view of the beautiful south-facing balcony. In the large summer garden, which is available to the household, you will find garden furniture and loungers to relax. But also the opportunity to play, have a coffee or a sundowner to finish the evening in peace is given here.

Your apartment has been completely refurbished and refurbished.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house and there are storage facilities for bicycles.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter, die im selben Haus wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft lag eine Schüssel mit Äpfeln im Flur, von der wir uns bedienen konnten. Von der Wohnung aus kann man Ziele in der Innenstadt fußläufig schnell erreichen. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Auch von außen sind Haus und Gartenanlage sehr liebevoll und ordentlich gestaltet. Der Fahrradschuppen ist etwas eng, wenn auch der Mieter der Nachbarwohnung ein Fahrrad mitbringt. Dort kann man aber auch seine E-Bike-Akkus laden. Der Südbalkon liegt im Schatten eines großen Baumes. Das ist im Hochsommer vorteilhaft, weil man dann nicht in der prallen Sonne sitzt. Im Herbst ist es dort allerdings etwas kühler. Der Balkon ist durch das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
