Cozy apartment in about 250 m distance to the beach on Wiesenweg, for max. 2 persons and baby, on the 1st floor. Balcony.
Very quiet location. On foot about 10 minutes to Sandwall (beach promenade Wyk / city center). Baker u. other shops (Edeka store) in max. 10 minutes walking distance.

The apartment has about 46 m², a cozy living room with balcony access, a kitchen with complete equipment (incl. Oven, 4 plates Ceran hob, dishwasher, etc.) and a bathroom, bedroom with double bed and own TV, Internet (WLan), CD player and radio

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, leider gibt es Nutzer dieser Mietwohnung denen öfters etwas auf den Teppichboden fällt. Damit dieses Problem nicht den Gesamtzustand verschlechtert würde ich empfehlen einen anderen Fußbodenbelag zu wählen. Ich werde sehr gern diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen, auch der Empfang der Vertreterin am Mietobjekt war sehr freundlich. Info an diese Dame: die Gästekarte hat auch ihre Gültigkeit in Amrum, so Aussage Infoservice am Hafen. Liebe Grüße bis wieder einmal Fam. Lindner

Der Nachbar von Haus 11 monierte sofort, ehe wir richtig ausgestiegen waren, dass der Fahrradträger nicht den Gehweg überragen dürfe. Etwas später kam die selbe Mahnung von der Ehefrau. Unsere Reklamation der defekten Jalousie im Badezimmer wurde sofort am Montagmorgen erledigt. Schön wäre es, wenn auch das Treppenhaus geputzt (von Spinnweben befreit) wäre.

Kücheninventar ein "Sammelsorium"- kaum 2 gleiche Gläser, unterschiedliches Geschirr. Im Bücherschrank stehen uralte Bücher, z.B. "Das kluge Buch"von 1960!🙈 Wir hatten unterschiedliche Bettdecken: 1 Daunendecke, 1Steppdecke. Flecken im Teppichboden. Überall Spitzendeckchen unter uralter Deko.Alles aber gut geputzt

Sonnige Tage im März

Die Ferienwohnung liegt unweit der Promenade auf Höhe des Aqua Föhrs. Wyk ist, auch für Nichtsportler, fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts!

Sauberkeit in der Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber, der Teppich war sehr schmutzig mit Flecken . Das Bad war ok Toilette hätte sauberer sein können . Bei genauerem hinsehen war viel Schmutz/ an den Esszimmer Stühlen usw.
