Private Desert Resort - Pool, Mini Golf, Sport Court- Spectacular Mansion Estate

This is a large vacation home ideal for family gatherings and communal stays, but not a luxury resort or hotel with private rooms and hotel-style services for every guest. For groups of 30 , we reach out beforehand to confirm the home suits their needs for space, sleeping arrangements, and amenities. Unfortunately, we received no reply from you in this case. The roof leak was repaired before your arrival; the drywall repair is scheduled soon. We purchased and provided extra pillows, towels, and linens, plus allowed an 11:00 AM early check-in. We noted that all bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows, towels—even tablecloths) was used, with makeshift beds on floors throughout. Loose pavers are a minor ongoing item we do monitor. We respectfully declined the post-stay discount request, as the issues did not substantially affect the home’s overall usability for its intended large-group, casual style. Very large parties often work best here in a shared setup rather than equal private beds or hotel-like privacy. For those needs, we recommend nearby hotels. We greatly value our many returning large groups who enjoy the property annually. Thank you for staying with us—we hope future guests have wonderful experiences.
