ADAM & EVA ABSOLUTELY CENTRAL

This old building from 1815 is located in the middle of the historic old town of Bamberg. The high rooms and the warm real wood floor conjure up a stately feel-good atmosphere.
The hideaway has two spacious rooms, a large kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with window and bathtub.
The associated cozy inner courtyard is green and has enough seating where our guests can end their eventful experiences with a good Bamberg beer or a glass of wine.
Bamberg's largest park, the grove, is ideal for long hikes and walks and is just a stone's throw away.
Since the house is permanently occupied by 3 owners, we ask you to be considerate. Our guests are right in the middle of it, all pubs, restaurants, shops and sights are within walking distance, it couldn't be more central.
The bus stop and several paid underground car parks are in the immediate vicinity. The train station and the nearby inexpensive Park and Ride are easily accessible by bus in 10 minutes

Worth It

Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the rental. The landlady was very nice and brought us anything we needed almost immediately. The advertisement online said the rental has "2 bedrooms" which, technically, it does; but one of the "bedrooms" is actually the living room. So there are places for 4 people to sleep, but I think it would be more accurate to depict the 2nd bedroom as actually a pull-out couch in the living room. Since we were right downtown the trade-off was prime location (very good!) for some noise at night (we had to get used to the sounds of people having a good time in the street, delivery vehicles for the Pizza place across the street and early morning traffic in such a central location) since the windows opened directly onto the street. Overall, I loved being in such a central location and the rental was enjoyable for my husband and I. Had we invited our friends over to stay a couple nights with us, then it would've been doable but a bit more cramped because the 2nd bedroom is actually the living room.

Fake mit Fotos und Beschreibung

Der Wohnungseingang (nicht der Hauseingang) ist videoüberwacht. Die Wohnung ist explizit mit 2 Schlafzimmern bezeichnet, tatsächlich gibt es nur eines, das andere ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer Ausziehcouch. Alle Zimmer gehen ineinander über, d.h. es gibt keinen Flur, zum Badezimmer muss man durch alle Räume. Die Küche ist so ausgeleuchtet, dass darüber hinweggetäuscht wird, dass dies ein immer dunkler Raum ist. Mit den Fotos wird suggeriert, dass der Hof direkt von der Wohnung zugänglich ist, das stimmt leider nicht. Man muss aus der Wohnung durch den Hausflur in einen Gemeinschaftshof mit Zugang zu anderen Wohnungen, der am Abend durch ständiges Angehen der Bewegungsmelder alles andere als ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsort ist. Alles in Allem: sehr gute Fake-Fotos, exzellent vermarktet, für mehr Leute als ein Paar ohne Kinder nicht geeignet.

Gemütliche FeWo in zentraler Lage perfekt für Städtetrip

Wir waren im Sept. 2019 mit 4 Erw. und einem Baby für 4 Tage Gäste in der FeWo Adam & Eva und sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtrip und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und die Ausziehcouch waren für 4 Erw. ausreichend. Die Whg. ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und verfügt über alles, was man für ein verlängertes We benötigt. Der Check-in mit Schlüsselsafe war unkompliziert. Rundum perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir allerdings noch: Ein Radio in der Küche und ein bisschen mehr Besteck wären toll. Die FeWo ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Zentral aber unbequem

Sehr nette Vermieter, brachten uns die gewuenschte Teekanne, sauber und absolut zentral. Aber keine 2 SZ wie annonciert, sondern 1 SZ und 1 Wohnzimmer, Schlafcouch dort sehr klein, mussten fuer unsere zwei 8Jaehrigen noch anbauen, kein Tisch im Wohnzimmer, alle Fenster zur Strasse in Brusthoehe mit viel Laerm in der Nacht, nur Kueche und Badfenster gingen nicht zur Strasse raus. Kueche schoen gross aber dunkel, Fenster zum Gang mit Muelltonnen und Laerm vom Personal des Restaurants nebenan. Dies sollte in der Annonce erwaehnt sein, dann wuerde man damit rechnen.
