Everything was just as advertised. Florian was a super host. Very clean and well equipped flat on a quiet street but still only steps to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Family friendly apartment

Great location with all essentiall amenities. The internet was fast enough to stream shows on multiple devices, the furniture is comfortable and having a working washer and dryer was very helpful. There is plenty of food options within walking distance most notably the fassla brewery which is a only a short walk out of your front door. We would recommend this space for any family, we would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Bamberg.Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig zentral – alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar. Sie war zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: schnell, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Auch der gesamte Ablauf unseres Wochenendaufenthalts lief reibungslos.Ein großes Plus ist außerdem der unkomplizierte Stellplatz: Gerade in der Innenstadt von Bamberg ist das Parken oft schwierig, aber hier hatten wir eine sichere und komfortable Abstellmöglichkeit für unser Auto – wirklich ein großer Vorteil.Wir waren zu dritt dort und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – jederzeit gerne wieder.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar. Er hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Wir haben die Bamberg Card genutzt und konnten damit mit vielen Busse fahren, haben eine informative Stadtführung gemacht und das Naturhistorische Museum besucht.

Es war alles super. Sauber, schön, geräumig, haben noch Tipps für gutes Essen vom Gastgeber erhalten. Absolut zu empfehlen. Waren im Winter da. Die Bodenheizung war sehr erfreulich. Dass es 2 Toiletten gibt war auch super. Die Schlafzimmer waren scheinbar nicht mitbeheizt, aber wenn man die Türen vorm Schlafengehen offen hatte, war das kein Problem. Für lichtempfindliche Personen ist eventuell eine Schlafmaske empfehlenswert, da es morgens heller sein kann. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Schönes Quartier in Super Lage.

Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Ferienwohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut (ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten, Küche mit allem was man braucht, Dusche, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner). Die Lage ist absolut Top, man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem per Fuß, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist der abgezäunte Parkplatz, der zur Ferienwohnung gehört. Fazit: Die Ferienwohnung ist für jeden Bamberg Besucher sehr zu empfehlen.
