The first level has a fully loaded kitchen, living, and dining areas along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The second level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor features a BBQ area, swing, rocking chairs, and 9-seater hot tub to relax and enjoy the views.

★This lodge has 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (4 kings, 2 queens, and 1 twin) and 3 full baths, an outdoor hot tub, and an in-house jacuzzi. Sleeping accommodations for up to THIRTEEN people.

★The kitchen is a chef’s dream with Granite Counters and High-End Stainless Steel Appliances including a Freestanding Electric Range, Convection Oven, Microwave, Large French Door Refrigerator, and more. Perfect for Entertaining as the Open Concept Kitchen merges with the living and dining areas.

★ LOCATION: Situated about 10 miles to Gatlinburg and 12 miles to Pigeon Forge. This custom-built lodge offers a secluded getaway for guests to relax and connect with nature.

★ PROPERTY: The property has a private gravel driveway and has parking for up to 6 cars. It is located in a secluded place and offers a quiet retreat for families.

★ MAIN FLOOR: A nicely updated kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen comes with cast iron cookware, Nonstick cookware, baking utensils, and new cutlery for guests of up to 16+ people. 6 Person dining table, 4 Person coffee table, and 3 bar stools. The living room features a 65-inch flat-screen TV, sofas, and swing chairs. The main floor also includes two bedrooms with one bathroom.

★ SECOND FLOOR: includes a spacious master bedroom with a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The second floor also includes an additional spacious bedroom(1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin) with a bathroom.

★ BASEMENT: includes a GAMEROOM and THEATER. Gameroom comes with 75inch TV, 4-player arcade, POOL TABLE, Dartboard, and board games. The THEATER room comes with 8 seats, 120-inch screen, and a 4K Projector. It also has additional Arcade games.

---This secluded lodge in perched on a hill with a private driveway. Parts of the roads are steep, narrow, and windy.
---Adult supervision is required for children.
---You'll be provided with towels, linens, and a starter set of select products (bath soaps, shampoo, conditioners, makeup remover wipes, trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper).
---As the lodge is located in the woods, no refunds are given for outages due to inclement weather conditions.
