🛏️ Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Downstairs-King bed with ensuite bathroom (shower)

We provide hand soap, dish detergent, a set amount of dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a starter pack of one toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for any additional items.

The locked owner's closet is located in Bedroom 2. For your safety, there is a video camera OUTSIDE the property that is recording at all times. It faces the driveway. This home is not to be used for parties.

🐶 Pet policy:

* Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $200/stay per pet. Guest must agree to below pet policy.

*Pet Addendum:
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:

Dog is under 50 pounds and is at least ONE year old.
Dog(s) not permitted in pool room or on beds.
Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times.
Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
If damages are not reported but are found by owners or agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended.
Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

🏡House Rules

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

Rental agreement/Security deposit hold/ID verificaiton: After booking, we require ID verification, a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit hold (not a charge). It's very easy, I promise!

🚭Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $750 penalty for smoke remediation will be enforced.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Visitors: Any visitors must leave the premises by 10pm, the beginning of quiet hours.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.

🎉Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.

🐶 Pet Policy: see above.

🏊Pool Policy: NO DIVING. The pool is approximately 3 feet deep. The pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.

🛀Hot Tub: Shower or bathe with soap before entering hot tub especially if you have lotions, deodorant or sunscreen on. The hot tub water is changed before each guest arrives. Please note that it may take several hours to reach desired temperature on the first night. We recommend allowing extra time for it to fully up. Pregnant women, especially in 1st trimester, and children under 5 should not use hot tubs. Please do not drink alcohol before or during hot tub use.

🍗BBQ: We provide a propane grill that is secured in place. Please clean off grill after use.

🗑️ Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into bear proof bins in front of the house. If you have excess trash during your stay, please notify me to arrange for pickup.

🧺Laundry: Washing machine and dryer provided for your convenience. Please remember to check and clear out the lint trap prior to using the dryer.

Weather Conditions:
While ice and snow rarely affect the roads, weather patterns can change unexpectedly. We encourage guests to plan ahead by monitoring forecasts prior to travel and preparing accordingly.
During colder periods, road conditions may vary, so all-wheel or four-wheel drive transportation is strongly recommended. Bringing essential supplies and allowing extra travel time can help ensure a safe and smooth arrival. Please note that we do not offer plowing or towing services. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is appropriate for weather conditions, and any needed roadside assistance should be arranged directly with a local provider.


💤Quiet Times: 10pm-7am every day.

❗Damages: refer to rental agreement. "Guest will be financially responsible for damage to the property. Guest authorizes The Agent to charge Guest's credit card in the event of the following: damage or theft; flea infestation caused by a pet; unauthorized pets; extensive cleaning required at check-out; evidence of smoking (all properties are non-smoking); exceeding occupancy or parking limits, and any other mentioned charges/policies in this Rental Agreement"
