Clean, great location to Ballard, coffee shop and restaurants so close, nice neighborhood (safe). The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well equipped and quiet. This was a great rental everything was in order, great commication, easy to find and everything was labeled! Which i found that to be be very helpful! Well-done. The only thing I would recommend is adding a toaster oven for people that dont like to microwave due to radiation.
