Sky Aspen Chalet, is a multi-level family modern mountain home with contemporary Colorado rustic décor, majestic mountain views, and is an ideal location in the upscale community of Summit Sky Ranch just a few minutes north of Silverthorne, Colorado near world-class ski resorts such as Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail and more.

This beautifully decorated 1850 square foot multi-level home offers three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated two car garage equipped with an electric car charger capable to charge all electric vehicles. The home sleeps 8 people, and is furnished for a max of 4 adults and 4 kids. Admire the sky, view the aspens, and enjoy the peaceful serenity Sky Aspen Chalet offers.

The main level includes stunning views out of every window, a master suite, a full bath, a well-stocked kitchen with Bosch appliances, a dining area with seating for 8, and a comfortable sitting area with a 75 inch ultra-high definition TV including a sound system and access to all streaming apps and cable, a stone fireplace and a lovely furnished deck, in home workspace and electric car charge port. Custom locally made art is hanging in nearly every space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the home.

Sky Aspen Chalet is also a smart home, equipped with an Alexa connected to a high definition speaker and a complimentary music subscription with access to 70 million songs. While you enjoy the stunning mountain views, the hummingbirds sipping at the feeder or the twinkling stars on the private deck are two custom Colorado made Adirondack rocking chairs, couches, as well as a natural gas Weber grill. When the sun goes down or the game is on, enjoy a movie night while admiring the beauty outside.

The lower level has a second luxurious bedroom with a queen bed, high-end finishes and a mounted TV. The third bedroom is the ultimate kids getaway with double bunkbeds including a trundle offering five twin mattresses and a mounted TV with
access to all streaming apps and cable, toys, books and crafts to enjoy. In addition, the lower bathroom has a full bath, and a laundry room with modern appliances.

Included for your convenience are a pack-n-play, a small portable high chair, a double stroller, children's books, kids dishes, and games for all ages.

We value your privacy greatly. Note there is a ring camera doorbell outside and a spotlight with camera also outside overlooking the driveway for security purposes only.

Pet Policy:
This home may be considered for one dog, under 50 pounds. Please inquire if questions. In addition, a pet agreement will be required. Please note that there is not a fenced in yard, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please pick up all dog waste. There is a wonderful dog park at the bottom of the neighborhood.

Heating and Cooling:
Like most homes in the Colorado mountains, there is no air condition in the home, as the temperature typically is cool. The home has ample windows with screens to allow cool fresh mountain breezes, ceiling fans are in the living room and master bedrooms, and fans are in every room. In the winter, the home has radiant heat through the floors, and a warm and cozy gas fireplace.

AMENITIES:
Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, 2 Grills, and 2 hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Saturday 9am-2am
Sunday 3pm-8pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm
(This is a private exclusive lake for residents and their guests, with a lake, private beach, hot tubs, fire pit, and a lake house with a kitchen).

Spectacular home in perfect community

This may be the best rental I’ve ever had with VRBO. True to the listing, the place was clean, spacious and well-equipped for what was a very comfortable stay for all of us! The amenities were great and the neighborhood’s location couldn’t be better - outside of town with amazing views. Jennifer was an extremely helpful and responsive host as well. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful place to stay - just like the photos, it’s a dream home. The amenities put it over the top!!! We had access to the pools hot tubs workout room and lovely common areas of the lake house and other building. I’d like to own a place here it is magnificent.

Such an unforgettable stay!

Since minute 1 Jennifer was so helpful in every way, guiding us in what and where! The house is gorgeous, spotless clean, decoration was just perfect for the place, location is perfect, about 30 min from Breckenridge and about 20 min from Keystone. Stores near by as well as restaurants and sport rentals as well. We enjoyed our stay, will love to come back again!

Third visit and as wonderful as ever!

This was our third visit to Jennifer’s place. It is starting to feel like a home away from home. The house is so peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Home Away from Home

A thoughtful and kind owner offers this comfortable, well-appointed, convenient single-family home in a peaceful setting. Take your pick of fabulous resorts and restaurants all close, but enjoy being in a sanctuary away from the chaos and bustle. The lake and clubhouse hours cater to full-time residents, but don't worry if you need a workout; the Silverthorne Recreation Center is only 4 miles away. Walking trailheads are only a block away. I would definitely rent the house again.

This house was all it was advertised to be. We were there for 2 weeks and could have stayed busy for a month or more. The house is very nice, definitely upscale, with some of the best views you could possibly find. Everything needed was there. Fishing is great on private river frontage. Hummingbirds and fox make daily, sometimes constant on the hummingbirds, visits. Jennifer is an excellent host who clearly cares that visitors have a great experience. We'll be back without a doubt.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood—very good for walking and has a very nice clubhouse with pool, hot tub, games, bar, food. During the winter, there is sledding within walking distance and during warmer months a lake, a dog park, lots of hiking trails, etc. The house was spotless and the kitchen was as well stocked as my own (and more stocked than any other rental I’ve had). We were welcomed by wine and snacks, and the host put up holiday decorations as we were there over Christmas. The host was EXTREMELY responsive. We left our fire stick behind and she mailed it to us immediately. Overall a very positive experience. We would definitely stay there again!!

Best Rental Ever

We had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate property for a week and I must say, it exceeded expectations in every way. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The home, furnishings and linens were like new. I'm not sure which was fluffier, the amazing snowfall we enjoyed or the fabulous Brooklinen towels. The beds were comfortable, the garage was heated, snow removal was provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. It's a beautiful new development and Silverthorne is a great location for those who don't want to limit themselves to just one resort. We skied three different mountains and never spent more than 30 minutes in the car. I'm sure this property would be amazing in the summer as well.

Excellent property!! Clean and up to date. Amazing views and amenities. Easy traffic-free 5 min drive to groceries, restaurants, movies, shopping, and more. Host was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Superlatives across the board! Our family had a great relaxing vacation with neighborhood hiking, nearby kayaking, and beaucoup adjacent outdoor activity. Lovely stay in a well-maintained home with plenty of upgrades. Loved having freshly-ground coffee each morning out on the patio taking in the amazing views and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home and furnishings nestled into a mountainside neighborhood with hiking/biking trails, fishing, lake, soccer field, playground, dog park, and 2 community centers: one with heated pool, hot tubs, business center, fitness center, and ping pong and the other with hot tubs, beach, and lake. From the location to the luxury of this home to say nothing of the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner, this rental was nothing short of perfect. Vacation that we needed.

Just wonderful! Great location and views. It's truly a home away from home, only better. The pool and hot tubs were perfect even on colder mornings and evenings. Enjoyed hiking through the aspens throughout the expansive property. Great restaurants available nearby, try the Red Mountain Grille, but everything you need to cook your favorites in the kitchen or on the gas Weber grill. Will definitely return.

From start to finish, we had an incredible experience. Jennifer was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with in the weeks leading up to our stay. The small extra touches in the home were above and beyond, and the home itself is bright open clean comfortable and cozy. Silverthorne's Best

We've stayed at many VRBOs around this area and this is hands down the most amazing place. The home is exactly as pictured and described. The clubhouse (with pool and 2 hot tubs) is awesome...but even better than that is the lake house - take an amazing cool dip in the lake and then hang out in the two hot tubs or inside the lake house. The property has everything you could need, is super close to Breck, Copper, Keystone, Frisco. The views are incredible and the furnishings are top notch. The owner and mgmt company were both great and very responsive to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Our whole family loved it and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Our favorite things to do are hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, bird watching, drinking coffee on the back porch and gazing at the massive mountain view while listening to the aspen leaves rustle, watching a movie on the 75" TV, or just giving my kids a high five as they beat me in yet another board game.

Sky Aspen Chalet offers a quiet and peaceful single family home to relax and recharge, yet the location is very convenient. Located at the first exit off of I70 westbound after the Eisenhower tunnel, the home is an easy drive from the Denver metro area and the airport. Located within 20 minutes of world-class ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin

The home and community are new. Everything is modern and warm, skillfully designed with the help of a designer as the home features work from many local Colorado artists. The dining table is even made from local Aspen trees. We like to call the style Modern Mountain Luxury.

For those who appreciate modern technology, we've got you covered. With high speed internet, a TV in every room, including a 75" in the living room, all with cable and Roku's. An Alexa is also hooked up to a speaker, allowing you to access and play millions of songs.

And as a mom, I understand all of the "stuff" that is often needed when traveling. For children, the home has a pack-n-play, a high-chair, a double-stroller, kids dishes and cups, games, books, and more. And the double bunk bed room provides up to 5 kids (4 bunks + trundle) the ultimate kid getaway.
