Property Description

Take full advantage of the year round activities offered in Summit County. The Ponds at Blue River is centrally located in Summit County located two miles North of I-70 exit 205 on Blue River Parkway (Highway 9). This townhouse is a short drive to Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Vail is 35 miles to the west on I-70. A-Basin is 9 miles past Keystone River Run lift area.

New replacement windows installed throughout townhouse as of May 2022.

Master shower updated and enlarged.

New Hot Tub as of June 2024.

The townhouse has a master bedroom with king bed, a guest bedroom with queen bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have in suite private full bath. Master Suite has king size Beautyrest BlackICE Mattress set and granite countertops in all bathrooms. Master shower recently expanded. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Blue River rushing past outside master bedroom. Take in the great views of sunrise over the Williams Fork range from the back patio or sunset over the Gore Mountain Range from the front adirondack rocking chair set.

TV's in all three bedrooms and 55" TV in living room.

Enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy the view and relax in the professionally serviced and maintained private hot tub on the back patio a stone throw from the Blue River.

An abundance of shopping and restaurants located in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco should satisfy all your needs.

The house, the location and the amenities (hot tub, furnishings, kitchen, etc..) are fabulous for a ski vacation in Summit/Eagle county. I have rented several ski-in/ski-out properties and I plan to rent this property again whenever it is available for my trips.

Property was very nice, cozy, and check-in/out process was super easy. Only items for improvement would be living area seating arrangement/table options. Side tables to couch were of a “rock” type material and didn’t seem super steady, so I was worried drinks would fall off. Center of room storage option had cloth top so it didn’t seem that was the best option for holding drinks either. Aside from these small items, the rest of the property was great and we had a really, really nice time!

Great location close to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Close to Keystone and Breckenridge as well and great price for the area. Kitchen well stocked with spices and cookware, plenty of extra blankets, fans were in all bedrooms, and liked the whole house humidifier. Condo was very clean. We've stayed in many short term rentals of all kinds over many years and this check out process was the easiest by far-really appreciated that! Great communication from property owner. Would liked to have had shampoo and conditioner supplied in all bathrooms, only the primary bathroom had shampoo and conditioner. The primary bedroom door does not lock, and a few more seats in the living room would have been nice. Family of 6 adults could not all sit comfortably in furniture in the living room together. Overall would recommend.

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us to hang out for the week and I love that we could get to Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, copper mountain so easily. Really a very central location with quick access to groceries and restaurants. House was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the pots and pans and necessities for cooking. The view from the hot tub and patio was nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I decided to purchase in The Ponds at Blue River while we were on a skiing vacation back in 2003. The mountains, summer, fall, and winter outdoor activities, and what we think is a perfect central location, all contributed to a long term decision made easy. I hope you find the same qualities in our second home that is never used enough but can be shared with guests.

What makes this property unique

The Ponds at Blue River is very quiet during the week and our unit backs up to the Blue River and Williams Range to make for a great hot tub experience. The rec. path next to the river connects with the Summit County Trail Networks. The river can be heard with the master windows open. Great view of Buffalo Mountain and Gore range from the front patio and Williams range from the back patio.
