Beautiful place, perfect area for our wedding event on Sapphire point. Beautiful views front and back. Beautifully decorated, warm , cozy and welcoming home. The hot tub was very nice. If you're a coffee drinker and need your coffee first thing in the morning, take some with you. That's just an FYI, not a complaint.

Property was excellent, amenities were as advertised except for the "Air Conditioning as a requirement" at the time we booked the property (just in case it gets hot because of climate change?). Luckily, during our stay we did not need AC. For someone booking during the hot summer season e.g. climate change :)?...... there is NO AC in this rental property. Owner welcome material even confirms that there is no need for AC, given any probability of being hot.So I would only point out the "accuracy of the description as a challenge" to the owner. Otherwise, everything is well done and beyond expectation. This is one of the best VRBO my wife and I did over the past few years.

The house, the location and the amenities (hot tub, furnishings, kitchen, etc..) are fabulous for a ski vacation in Summit/Eagle county. I have rented several ski-in/ski-out properties and I plan to rent this property again whenever it is available for my trips.
