Spectacular views! This beautiful home is located on a unique corner lot with unobstructed views of the Sonoran Desert and Catalina Mountains. It is surrounded on three sides by patios, fabulous for entertaining, all with stunning views. The entire home has been completely redesigned and updated in 2015 and is now a truly fabulous custom home. It features an all new gourmet kitchen, new floor coverings and furniture with the the best finishes available. Possibly the best location in all of Saddlebrooke. NOTE: SADDLEBROOKE IS AN AGE RESTRICTED COMMUNITY SO YOU MUST BE AGE 50+

Our home features two separate Master Suites each with their own bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with pass through to an outdoor bar and barbecue, and a covered outdoor living room. Located right at the edge of the Catalina Mountain Range, this house is perfect for entertaining. It has very comfortable living spaces and is extremely well equipped. This home has a very private feel.

The house features a state of the art Solar Electric System that is integrated into the local power grid. We feel great that the system meets all of our power needs, and at times actually feeds power back into the grid.

Spectacular views

Started each morning watching the sun rise above the mountains! Spectacular views. Lovely remodeled home with great outdoor living space. Our stay was a relaxing, renewing escape from a Midwest winter. Home well equipped. Owner made himself readily available for questions or problems. This was one of our favorite vacation rentals.

Best Patio and View in Saddlebrooke!

We've rented 7 different homes in Saddlebrooke and this one had the greatest patio and most outstanding view of the mountains. In addition, the home is top rate and includes lots of convenient extras, grill, fire pit, fountain, golf cart and patio furniture to fit every need. Dennis and Janet have done an incredible job with the home and are as accommodating and responsive as anyone could hope for. We rate this property 5-star++++!

The view, the view, the view!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The community provided endless walking and running options. We especially loved the well outfitted patio and the gorgeous views of the mountains. The stars were bright at night as well! The home had every convenience and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Beds were comfy as well. The only downside of the location is that it's a bit far from the city and some activities. But we didn't mind since the area was so nice, quiet, and beautiful! We hope to be back.

Saddlebrooke's Best

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful home in Saddlebrooke. No detail was overlooked when renovations were completed a few years ago and the result is stunning. The expansive wall of windows offers jaw-dropping, unobstructed views of the Catalina Mountains. The house is comfortable and completely equipped with everything that you could require for a lengthy stay. The community amenities are too numerous to mention (pools, golf courses, libraries, pickle ball courts, clubs...) but you can be as isolated as you choose. It is an ideal property and the owners are wonderful people who are very responsive and helpful. We love this location and hope to return many times in the future.

It is such a lovely home. Well equipped and well laid out. We held Thanksgiving here and had so much room. The yard is so beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed sitting around the fire at night. The Mountain View’s were fantastic. We felt they were our private scenery. I also want to mention the friendliness of the Saddlebrook community. Would we stay here again In a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for about a month. The residence is clean and nicely decorated. The views of the mountains were incredible. It was awesome watching the thunderstorms coming over the mountains from the living room. Great communication with the owners. We would stay here again.

Saddlebrooke Stay

Top notch, everything was better than expected. The view of Catalina Mountain was welcoming each and every day. The rooms were comfortable and kitchen perfect it had everything available we wanted including a coffee bean grinder! I will keep my eye open for this property again if it should become available. Dennis has a detailed information book available but he also responded in a timely manner to the few questions we had. Thanks so much we loved our stay David and (Rusty) Loretta

Perfect desert experience

This is the place to stay if your are in the Tucson, AZ area. The house is open...from the kitchen, dining room, and living area you can witness the perfection of the desert and mountains. The house, itself, is clean. We enjoyed the changing desert flowers in the yard. Best of all was sitting outside after dinner and watching the coming of sunset as well as thunderstorms. Wonderful Home with an Incredible View

This is the sixth year that my husband and I have had the good fortune to stay in this fabulous home. It is the perfect set-up for us with 2 master bedrooms with baths, a great laundry room, well equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, and great room. Dennis and Janet carefully planned their great room remodel with style and comfort in mind. We find it relaxing to read, watch TV, entertain friends, cook, and simply look out at the unobstructed view of the Catalinas. We also thoroughly enjoy their new patio updates in warm weather. In past years we have spent the majority of our time playing golf and exploring the outdoors. This year had much colder weather in January and February which led us to discover the many entertainment opportunities that SaddleBrooke has to offer. We especially enjoyed the "Chicago Concert" at the DesertView Performing Arts Center and the showing of "A Star is Born" which was just $3. The 3 clubhouse restaurants provide great dining experiences as well. If you enjoy a comfortable clean home that is tastefully decorated, and totally outfitted with everything you need, as well as the best view around, you will not be disappointed in staying here!

Excellent stay. Beautiful Home. Could not be happier!

We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the past several years but this was by far the best. We stayed the month of December and found everything in perfect order. It is a beautiful re-modeled home, very well furnished with the most beautiful view of the Catalina mountains. Owners were very accommodating and the use of their golf cart enhanced an already great stay. Would highly recommend this property and we plan to stay again.

We were lucky enough to stay here for two months while we waited for our house to close in Saddlebrooke. Well stocked home with a remodeled kitchen and family room and large windows looking toward the mountains. A truly "GRAND VIEW". The Williams are also very responsive to any issue you might have.

We have rented from Janet & Dennis since 2013. Each year they have made improvements to their home. This year was a complete redo of the outside patio areas. The home is a comfortable and a most pleasant place to vacation at. Dennis & Janet are always at hand to provide information and or assistance whenever required per phone or e-mail.

Beautiful home with spectacular view!

My husband and I have been fortunate to rent Janet and Dennis's Arizona home in January-March for the past 5 years. We are avid golfers and enjoy playing the 3 golf courses in SaddleBrooke as well as using the exercise facilities. But most of all we love the home that the Williams have created. They have chosen top of the line appliances for their kitchen and comfortable attractive furnishings for their great room. Every evening we find ourselves captivated by the mountain views and often are treated to spectacular sunsets and wildlife sitings across the way. In February The Super Bowl has been exciting to watch on their big screen TV. Outdoor living is just as comfortable for dining under the stairs or a cocktail in the early evening after a game of golf. We feel very spoiled in this home away from home! The Williams' upkeep of yard care, pest control, and cleaning is excellent. For 5 years we have found the house sparkling clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products upon our arrival. From wine glasses to new fluffy towels, every detail for a wonderful stay has been thought of by this couple.

Beautifully decorated home with spectacular mountain views

I stayed for the month of August at this gorgeous home in Saddlebrooke and could not have found a better place to stay. The home has everything one would need with all the comforts of a resort and more. The house has beautiful furniture and accessories throughout, comfortable beds, spacious patios on three sides of the house providing unobstructed mountain views and plenty of seating from which to watch the sunrise, blue skies. The great room was even a great place to watch the sky light up the mountains during a thunderstorm. There was every cooking utensil one might need and more, a wine cooler, two refrigerators, washer and dryer, large screen TV, a beautiful dining table indoors, lots of outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace (not used in August) a water feature which attracted birds and attractive outdoor plants. The owner was always helpful and prompt in addressing any questions via phone and email. I would certainly recommend this home as my first choice for rental location at Saddlebrooke and would highly suggest staying here. It will be difficult to find another location in Saddlebrooke with such spectacular views or elegant furnishings. Should I decide to purchase a home in this community it will be a challenge finding a location as beautiful.

Beautiful home away from home!

This was our second December stay at Dennis and Janet's beautiful home in SaddleBrooke. To highlight a few favorite things... sitting in the peace of the patio watching the morning visit from the cardinal in the fountain, heading to sleep at night and knowing a superbly comfortable bed awaited us, gazing at the uninterrupted view of the star-filled night sky, cooking Christmas dinner with everything a cook could ask for in the well-appointed kitchen, and generally feeling like no luxury or detail was missing. This is a truly fabulous place to get away from it all and Dennis and Janet are wonderful to work with in every way!

We selected this particular property because it has such an open feel and is so private from the other homes in the neighborhood. It offers a unique opportunity to live within Saddlebrooke and still enjoy the unobstructed natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert and Catalina Mountains. We are located close to the Oro Valley shopping area, and a short drive to the many attractions of Tucson.

What makes this property unique

Four championship golf courses with clubhouses, restaurants pools, tennis courts, and an outstanding fitness facility. For a nominal charge you can also enjoy the use of our Golf Cart. Saddlebrooke also has many groups and clubs that will satisfy a wide variety of interests.
