Adult Living 55+ neighborhood. Single story 2040 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths. Master has king bed, ceiling fan and walk in closet. Guest bedroom has Queen Bed. Kitchen has all appliances and dining table sits in front of a Bay window looking at the mountains. House has all linens, towels,flatware, pots and pans included. Front and back yard beautifully landscaped. Back yard has extended patio, comfortable seating and grill. Amenities include include tennis, fitness center, pools, library and social clubs. This is a NO SMOKING RENTAL and NO PETS.

Great Mountain View

This place has the best view of any property we could find for rent in SaddleBrooke. It is a well cared for property with way more room than the average 2 bedroom unit. The owner is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We liked so much in 2022 that we came back for another month in 2023.

Amazing property and spectacular views

This property provided us a wonderful month long stay. We so enjoyed it. The expansive views were amazing and the property offered everything we needed for a wonderful month in the Oro Valley area. The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking and each room has a fantastic view of the mountains. Everything about this house is comfortable and makes it feel like home. Marla was a dream to work with. You will love everything about this property. Marla also has orange trees and we had fresh oranges a few times. The surrounding area is wonderful for walks and there are pools, spas, and fitness centers to use. It felt exactly like home. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you Marla for making it so wonderful.

Spacious house with great views

This is a nice two bedroom, two bath house with a large master bedroom, a den and TV room, so there’s lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking or baking. The large, furnished patio has great views of the Catalina Mountains. We would definitely like to stay here again if we get back to the Saddlebrooke area.

Relaxing refuge

This beautiful house was a lovely place to stay in Saddlebrooke. Every room was very comfortable for our everyday living. The patio was not only relaxing with couches and firepit area, but it also has gorgeous views. We found everything to be just as it had been described.. Marla was terrific to work with -- we appreciated her responsiveness. and flexibility. Thank you for a great stay!
