Wir hatten vor Ort bemängelt, dass die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert.

Wir hatten vor Ort bemängelt, dass die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert. Jedenfalls hatten wir das so im Gefühl, weil wir gefroren haben. Die Geräte waren auf 30 grad eingestellt, der Fußboden war aber nichtmal lauwarm. Man teilte uns mit, dass man jemanden schicken würde. Wir erteilten die Einwilligung, dass er in unser Haus dürfe, sofern wir nicht da sind. Ob jemand da war, um die Heizung zu überprüfen, können wir nicht sagen. Leider wurde es immer noch nicht wärmer. Das haben wir als sehr schade empfunden. Erst als wir die Sauna benutzt haben und sich die Wärme ein bisschen im Haus verteilt hat, wurde es besser. Ich hätte mich gefreut, wenn man ein Feedback bekommen hätte. Es war nachts bis zu 3 grad kalt. Das hat uns wirklich sehr geärgert! Auch dass der Pub am Sonntag geschlossen hatte, fanden wir schade.
