This is a lovely recently bought and updated home right on the beautiful Kennebec River in central Maine. 10 min away from Waterville and Colby, Thomas and KV College, you can kayak or fish right off this property. New mattresses in 3 bedrooms, 2 queens, 1 trundle bedroom, sleeping 6 comfortably with a cot and couch for 2 more children if necessary. Chic designed interior. Minutes by foot to local ice cream shop, pharmacy, deli and grocery store. Please note, as this is a historic home, the bathroom ceiling is a bit lower than usual and walking up the stairs, if you are really tall you will have to duck.
