If you have a dog please check that you are paying for them when you are booking. If you and your family enjoy relaxing by the fire next to the water watching the fish jumping the eagles soaring and wonderful sunsets this is the place for you. You can enjoy fishing from the dock or one of the boats for some of the ponds many fish. There is a public boat launch in the cove and we have a boat mooring at the camp.
We allow more than four guests overnight for a fee of $40 per person per night up to six people total in the camp.
We allow a maximum of two dogs with a fee of $25 per night per dog. We will charge a fee of $100 if pets are not paid for up front the regular pet fee.
East pond his part of the Belgrade lakes chain and has a maximum depth of 27 feet it is 1,717 acres large and has 13.9 mi of shoreline for fishing and exploring. The camp will be closed from mid October to April 1st
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our stay in Oakland was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the water - semi secluded, but close to stores, beautiful view and dog friendly! We loved that we could bring both of our babies with no weight restrictions (they are not little). They loved hanging with us by the fire and by/in the water. Firewood is even provided. However, the shed was empty for us, but we found a man pretty close by that sold us two wheelbarrows worth for 10 so it all worked out. That’s my one tiny negative, but not enough to affect the rating. Thank you Jason!

Having never been here before, I was surprised by how easy they made it to find the property. The driveway down to the house is NOT paved but safe to drive down. It’s not steep or slick. In the winter months however , I would make sure 4 wheel drive is an option. The cabin is, I’m not kidding you, perfect. It has kayaks, two docks to fish from. A sandy area near the dock to go into the water without having to worry about a weedy bottom. The view is amazing on the water when the morning fog clears. It’s quite literally like something from a movie. The host was not overbearing like some can be. The house rules are easy to both find and follow. The firewood was not something I knew about until AFTER my trip was over. Only because the magnet holding the posted rules on the fridge was in the way. Boy was I embarrassed. I was buying firewood the whole weekend haha. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. I’m going to make it a tradition to come here yearly with my boys.

This place was great!!! We had a good time at the lake and had everything we needed in the cabin. The sunsets were amazing and the calls of the loons never got old. We will definitely be back!!!
