ABOUT THE SPACE: Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, TV, comfortable bed/pillows & darkening shades.
Please be comfortable going up and down stairs as the home is three levels plus a private rooftop deck.
75” Sony TV in great Room, 65” Samsung TV in primary bedroom, Sonos sound system, Apple TV’s and fire sticks.
This is a corner home built 2018, considered single family among 14 neighboring homes in Toluca Lake/North Hollywood near Highway 134 &101.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire home, private rooftop terrace and the one car garage to park. Please be careful parking as it is a small garage. We will also provide two visitor passes for street parking, please be sure to return the visitor passes when checking out. No smoking inside of the home. No pets are allowed. There will be a fee of $500 + damages for violating the non smoking or no pets rule. Shoes removed is appreciated!
No loud noise after 10pm. No parties or large gatherings as we are nestled in a quiet community and want to respect our neighbors. Please note for everyones safety, there are outdoor security cameras at the entries and exits. There will be a fee of $300 per guest if you exceed the maximum of 6 allowed.

Lovely well appointed modern home. Tons of space, parking in the garage was a plus as well as placard for street parking. Quiet area and beautifully decorated. Was a superb stay in every way!
Taylor’s property was a perfect location, we were 10 min away from everything we needed. The home was very clean and modern. It had all the amenities one would need. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
Host was very prepared. House is well appointed with helpful notes and labels throughout. Comfortable, spacious, great location, easy and safe. Taylor, heads up for the string lights on the terrace. I’m not sure how the smart plug is supposed to work so I ended up plugging/unplugging manually. The smart plug I left just below the outlet.Awesome stay, thanks!
