Wonderfully renovated and tastefully furnished house on 800 square meters of enclosed property with parking space.
Spacious living room with seating, TV, dining area and integrated kitchen with all appliances. Nice terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol.
2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bed linen included. Shower room and separate toilet.
Distance to the ocean beach 300 m, shops and restaurants 200 m.
