Die Umgebung war super. Zentrale, gute Lage. Die Unterkunft war OK beim genaueren Hinsehen sind uns gewaltige Mängel aufgefallen. Die Einrichtung war alt und verschmutzt teilweise auch kaputt. Ein Wohlfühlen hat sich hier nicht eingestellt. Werden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet. Es findet sich ka zusammengehöriges Geschirr, Bett und Schlafsofa sind in Ordnung, Charme oder Behaglichkeit gibt es in der Wohnung aber nicht.Die Möbel sind zT sehr stark abgenutzt (Tisch, Stühle, Schrank). Der Boden zT schmutzig, die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und der Balkon war durch Vogelkot verdreckt.

Schöne Fewo in Toplage

Die Fewo ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir keinen Radioempfang (kein Internetradio vorhanden). Anfangs auch keinen Internetempfang; das wurde jedoch vom Hausmeister nach entsprechender Meldung repariert. Fewo für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet.

SPO immer wieder gern.

Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum, was will man mehr? Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen etwas klein aber es geht. Das Schlafsofa ist recht klein, wenn 2 Personen darauf schlafen sollen. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht.
