We had a great time staying at this property. It was close to the things we wanted to see like the Redwoods. It was very nice. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay.
It was a very cozy and clean camper. The best part was the excellent support from Joni—she was always a text or phone call away and made sure that we were comfortable (we had a late-night check-in).
This was our first time staying in a camper, and we loved it. I would stay there again whenever we visit Crescent City.
I wish I could give more than five stars to Joni - she was beyond excellent.
Pros-
Good easy to find location
Safe area where everyone has motion detection lights
Very clean
Easy parking
Grey tank is always open so you can have a full shower, albeit quick because camper water heaters aren’t super huge
Very well stocked kitchen
Nice deck and grill available
Easy and secure locking mechanism so no keys needed
Cons-
Mattress is basic camper mattress so pretty uncomfortable if you’re a larger person
It got very cold at night and the only heating vent that seemed to work was in the bathroom so you had to leave the door open all night
Bed linens were very thin, luckily we had extra blankets with us
About Crescent City- we went to several top reviewed restaurants for meals and they were all average to bad but every meal (including breakfasts) was $50 minimum after tips. So the kitchen in the camper was a nice bonus.
The city has seen better days. Best explored during the day, and that’s why it was nice being on a more secluded north end.
It’s a great central location for exploring Redwoods or going up the coast to Oregon. Brookings is a favorite of ours as well as Gold Beach and all the way up to Bandon.
Loved our stay in this little RV! It was perfect for 2 adults. Everything was clean neat and labeled nicely! The bed was very comfortable, location was convenient to everything. Would highly recommend! 5 stars!
A beautiful Trailer! Awesome Host! I would definitely here again. Quick redwoods trip looked at hotels and their reviews and didn’t like what I read, tried looking for cabins and stumbled upon this on Vrbo. It’s a great price at first but keep in mind your paying double for it cleaning fees and other fees. Besides that this is great place sleeps a couple and kids or another adult and child. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable what else can you ask for.. The host Joni was amazing along with the other lady as well.
This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! Very comfortable, bigger than I expected, plenty of room for our family of 3. Joni was so helpful and responded fast to our questipns. Great location. We went to Trees of Mystery, Ocean World, and some amazing beaches. Wish we had more time there!
The owner of this property was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Getting in and checking out was a breeze. Super clean and would recommend to anyone traveling in the Crescent City/Redwoods area. Can't beat the value!
We had relatives camping in the area
We used the trailer, it was close to Florence Keller campground.
Bed was comfy, shower had plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Will suggest to friends.
The trailer was cute and well furbished. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a little close to the Highway for my taste and the trucks going by caused some vibrations. Great place to stay if those things don’t bother you.

Super nice manager and host!
Cell service is sketchy in Crescent City as a whole, so keep that in mind. CC is a rural community with a ton of tourists; please be patient and slow down. Locals (I'm a former local) are very helpful with directions, clues to the best beaches, roads through the redwoods, fishing holes (well, maybe), and so on.

Best for single person or younger couple
Comfortable, small, super clean, bed is difficult for older person to get in and out of, no spices or cooking oil, no view or anything appealing to look at. Great for sleeping, showering, some easy cooking.
Loved this Rv very comfortable and decor is adorable. It was perfect for me while in town visiting family.
Thank you Joni!
Would definitely stay again.
2nd time staying here. Great location for us when we are there on family business. Happened to have a rare snow storm while there. The owner and the care taker checked in on us to be sure that everything was ok. Would stay here again.

The place was a great retreat to come back to after our very busy days getting business done. It was bright, comfortable and stocked with essentials (even had hangers in the closets). We would stay here again.
Perfect for our Redwoods hiking needs! We spent 2 nights there and we’re amazed at the amenities provided. Fully stocked kitchen, better than many brick and mortar rentals we’ve stayed in. Joni was easy to communicate with and made the process easy. The property is right off Hwy101 which makes traveling thru town very easy to do, but comes with road noise. The second night we used earplugs and were hardly bothered at all. The fencing around the property makes it very private. Cannot recommend this enough, definetly a gem in CC!
