The villa is located in the villa area of Costa Canyamel in an extremely quiet, sunny hillside location amidst pine trees on the top line of buildings in a cul-de-sac, with a spectacular view of the bay of Canyamel and the Cap Vermell. This means practically no traffic noise.

The property has a spacious living area, dining room, kitchen, a master bedroom with master bathroom ensuite with shower and bathtub, and two further bedrooms with double beds, one of them also with bathroom ensuite with shower, various terraces, a "porche" ( covered veranda), infinity pool with counter-current system and pool terrace with outdoor shower. Due to the hillside location, you can always enjoy a refreshing breeze on the terraces even in midsummer.
