Casa manciano is located in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and olives, in the heart of the wine growing region of the
'Verdicchio'. 1.8km below Cupramontana, a typical Italian place with all shops, restaurants and bars for an espresso or aperitivo. Our completely renovated stone house has a fantastic and quiet location, with a wonderful view of the gentle hills of the Marche. The pool 8x4 with outdoor shower is beautifully embedded in the garden, so you can relax directly at the house. The Adriatic Sea with long sandy beaches is in 30 minutes and the rocky coast of 'Monte Conero' with beautiful bathing bays in 40 minutes. reachable. The 'Lago di Cingoli', a reservoir with swimming opportunities is 15 min. away. Hikers and mountain bikers can start directly from the house or drive to the famous 'Monte Sibilini' and the 'Grand Sasso'. For the culture lovers, the numerous medieval towns such as' Urbino, Jesi, Maccerata, Ascoli Piceno, Assisi, Pesaro and Gubbio and many more offer a worthwhile visit. The fantastic grotto si Frasassi, an impressive stalactite cave is really worth a visit.

The semi-detached house 'Gelsio' has 90 square meters of living space, is fully heatable and suitable for 4-6 people. The kitchen with dining area is located on the ground floor and is very well equipped with lots of dishes and all cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer and microwave and kettle. In the kitchen there is also a cozy dining area and access to the private terrace with dining table, chairs and parasol and to the garden, as well as the living room with a very comfortable sofa or sofa bed (145x200), satellite TV, large table and a bedroom with Double bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower. A steel staircase leads to the upper floor with an open bedroom (160x200). Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols as well as its own area by the pool, also with sun loungers and parasols

Relaxing holiday in Cupramontana

We had a very relaxing time in this property. It is quiet and peaceful and the surrounding area is beautiful. It was wonderful to use the pool every day. The hosts were on the property at the time, and it was easy to get along with them. We had a great time.

Schöne landschaftliche Lage, Wohnung okay

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Wohnung Gelso war sauber bei unserer Ankunft, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert. Der Pool wird mit der anderen Wohnung geteilt und war sauber; in unserem Fall war die Nachbarsfamilie rücksichtsvoll bei der Nutzung des Pools. Die Eingänge der beiden Wohnungen sind klar getrennt, jedoch bekommt man definitiv viele Geräusche mit. Es wird ein biologisches Abwassersystem verwendet, das bei unserer Ankunft schon defekt war und teilweise unangenehm roch. Die Vermieterin entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und wollte sich um den Schaden kümmern. Der Wasserdruck könnte etwas höher sein; v.a. wenn jemand duscht oder der Pool befüllt wird, kommt sehr wenig Wasser. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht für mehr als 4 Personen empfehlen. Für zwei befreundete Familien scheint das Haus perfekt! Die Gegend ist toll für Wanderungen, den Besuch kleiner Orte, wie Jesi oder Weingüter. Tagesausflüge nach Ancona, zum Strand oder nach Assisi sind auch möglich. Sehr freundliche Begegnungen mit Italiener*innen. Alles in allem okay!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Für vier Personen ausreichend große Wohnung, ich hatte überlesen, dass das obere Schlafzimmer offen ist. Meine Kinder (17 u. 13) haben sich trotzdem die beiden Wochen gut verstanden. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Eine gute Kombination aus maritimen Korbmöbeln mit alten Bauernschränken, die zur Art des Hauses passt. Eine prima ausgestattete Küche, in der man gut kochen kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir uns über WhatsApp immer an unsere Vermieterin in Deutschland wenden. Wer bereits in den Marken auf dem Land Urlaub gemacht hat, weiß dass die Zufahrtsstraßen nicht immer asphaltiert sind, darauf sollte man sich einrichten. Während wir hier auf dem Land immer noch auf 5G warten, ist es dort sogar im Ferienhaus verfügbar. Prima Pool, der ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Genügend Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt. Zum Seele baumeln lassen und Ausflüge machen (Ancona, Jesi, Gubbio, Grotte von Frasassi) ist dieses Haus ein Träumchen. Gerne wieder, dann versuchen wir die größere Wohnung.

Reizvolle Umgebung

Die Anreise war sehr schwierig, schlechte Beschilderung, die Zufahrtstrasse ist von 500mtr über Meer auf 250mtr extrem steil, zum Teil tiefausgespülte Schotterstraße. Eine Anreise mit einem Allradauto wäre zu empfehlen. Auf dem Grundstück ist eine Baustelle, mit Baumaterialien, Bauschutt, abgestellten Möbeln-Herd und ein alter Wohnwagen. Die Wohnräume im App. Gelsio sind sehr dunkel mit wenig Licht. Die Möbel sind überwiegend aus den 70iger Jahren, Das Bett im EG hat keinen Lattenrost sondern einfache zusammengenagelte Bretter, entsprechend liegt man. Der üble Geruch im Bad, soll laut der Vermieterin mit einem umweltschädlichen Mittel in den Abfluss der biologischen Kläranlage vermieden werden. Zeitweise war das Wasser im Waschbecken kalt. Der Pool mit vielen Sonnenliegen war sehr einladend. Schade, dass die Aussicht in die Landschaft durch ein entstehendes Haus verbaut wurde und am Grillpatz noch gebaut wird. . -

Wunderschöne Aussicht und ruhige Lage

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöne Aussicht und toller Pool. Endlich Mal ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe in der Küche vorhanden. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert als wir kein warmes Wasser hatten. Als wir mit unserer Tochter zum Arzt mussten, war sie die ganze Zeit dabei, hat übersetzt und uns zu einem Termin verholfen. Gerade wird hinterm Haus ein Pizzaofen mit Grill gebaut. Nachfolgende Mieter können sich schon Mal drauf freuen. Als wir fuhren, sah die kleine Baustelle schon sehr vielversprechend aus.

Wat gebreken

Het huis is in principe ruim en goed ingedeeld. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. In de badkamer daarentegen stonk het verschrikkelijk naar riool en was het daardoor niet fijn om gebruik te maken van douche en w.c. De douche zelf was ook behelpen, doordat er een klein, zwak straaltje uitkwam. Het buitenterrein is wat rommelig. Wel is er een mooi zwembad, maar wij hadden de pech dat het zwembad juist in onze week problemen had met het zuiveringsysteem en dat zorgde ervoor dat we niet konden zwemmen. Ook de vele wespen (door een nest) maakte ons verblijf er niet fijner op. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is in mijn optiek niet goed in verhouding.

Absolut eine Reise wert!

Wir waren im September zu zweit in der kleineren der beiden Ferienwohnungen. Eine wunderbare Jahreszeit, um den Sommer etwas zu verlängern. Das für die Gegend typische Steinhaus ist schön restauriert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man zum entspannen braucht, auch genug Platz, dass man sich nicht auf der Pelle hängt. Den schönen Pool mit Liegebereichen haben wir zum faulenzen und baden genutzt. Zahlreiche Sonnenliegen und Liegestühle laden zum lesen und entspannen ein - mit Blick auf Hügellandschaft mit Olivenhainen und Weinbergen. Bis hoch nach Cupramontana sind es um die 2 Kilometer - ein Auto ist daher ratsam. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht - toll, auch mit Geschirrspüler. Zur gleichen Zeit waren auch die Besitzer vor Ort. Eine rundherum sehr angenehme, nette und unkomplizierte Familie! Die Gegend hat einiges zu bieten: Die wunderschöne Berglandschaft ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar, rundherum gibt es viele alte Städtchen und in 30 - 60 Minuten (je nach Strand) ist man am Meer. Sand- und Kiesstrände, je nach Gusto. Ganz in der Nähe liegt Jesi, eine Stadt mit schönem, alten Stadtkern, Markt und Läden. Unser Lieblingsspot am Meer war Porto Recantani mit Einkaufsmeile für Mitbringsel, Shopping, Strand, Kulinarisches und Leben. In zwei Wochen haben wir bei weitem nicht alles sehen können, was die Gegend zu bieten hat.

Entspannter Urlaub in den Marken

Die Casa Manciano liegt landschaftlich wunderschön und ruhig am Ende eines Weges durch Oliven-, Wein und Sonnenblumenfeldern. Die Casa Manciano bietet genug Möglichkeiten für die Mieter beider Apartments, entspannte und schöne Plätze zu finden. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist sehr idyllisch und gepflegt angelegt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll. Der Service durch die Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr nett. Wir haben hier nun schon zum zweiten Mal entspannte und sehr erholsame Urlaubstage mit unseren Kindern verbracht und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Casa Manciano!

Italien pur

Wir erlebten sehr schöne Tage und begrüssten den Frühling in dem geschmackvoll, renoviertem Steinhaus mit sehr gepflegtem Pool. Zweimal die Woche wurde er gereinigt. Sehr ursprünglich war auch der Ortskern Cupramontanas mit wunderbarem Bäcker ,Fischgeschäft und Pasta fresca Geschäft. Wir kochten viel selbst in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. An Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegestühlen und einem gemütlichen Grillplatz fehlte es nicht. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und erholsame Zeit! C.H.

Absolut, erholsamer Urlaub in wohnlichem Ambiente

Wir waren Mitte Juni in den schönen Marken und in einem sehr schönen Haus von Fam. Budig. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, anfangs mussten wir um die Betten noch etwas Staub wischen, was für uns nicht so schlimm war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klasse und macht einen Urlaub dort noch schöner. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn sind weiter weg, aber der Kontakt war herzlich. Leider sind wir in der Wohnung von Mücken gestochen worden, wie nie zuvor. Also Moskitonetze mitnehmen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Haus, Fam. Budig!
