Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops & Los Muerto Beach. This location is great for those who want to experience everything downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The complex offers an incredible infinity pool & jacuzzi that have a 360° view of Puerto Vallarta, from bay to mountainside. Walk through Selva Romantica’s pathways, edged with lush tropical plants and flowers on your way to your unit, the pool and/or gym.
The Condo offers 2 baths, Wi-Fi, TV, plenty of closet space, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for mid to long term rentals! You may also spend your mornings on the condo’s balcony, enjoying the early morning mountainside sunrises.
There are no elevators on the premises. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building.

This condo in Selva Romantica is truly a unique gem. Its construction is Mexican with trek wooden beams and beautiful Mexican tile . This gated community in the heart of the city has the most beautiful garden.
